Hi, During the week of the of the 13th, as I understand there was a rollback on the servers that affected conquest rewards on several characters across The Shadowlands server, as instructed, I personally put a ticket to receive such rewards on the characters that did the conquest goal during that week. And this one make me laugh, the response I got from costumer service was that the guild did not finish on the top ten on the list, there for, my characters were not eligible for the conquest reward at the end of the week. But being on a guild that has finish first on the conquest board since I join 2 years ago I found that the response was from a person that doesn’t have any knowledge whatsoever on how the conquest board ends every week, because, and I quote from the email I got: “on review of the list did not make the top 10”. I assume that Bioware understand the effort we put into conquesting a planet to win it, and get a response like this, really makes you wonder what else is not being track on the game? Thank you. Yep, been getting that in the last couple of hours. Maybe the server got full of hamsters instead!

Don’t you guys have this feeling when something around the house is broken and you just do something real quick to fix it, but don’t realize that a couple of weeks later it will break again and you will set out to patch it once more? Where have I seen this recently?

Still not a fan of RNG, but one good thing are the reputation tokens you can find in the boxes. I have increase the reputation on some factions just using the rep tokens.

Galactic Command system is not entirely that bad (as stated many times since 5.0, just needs a few fixes) but doesn’t this feels like an “overdoing – overcomplicated – increase math headaches” implementation?
