  1. this would mean EVERYTHING gets 12x multiplier. ONLY the class missions get 12X, so it'd be more confusing thinking all content gets 12X bonus.
  2. I can most certainly assure you that we've conquered Makeb, then Ilum, then Voss consecutively. you cannot be on 2 planets AT ONCE. We cannot press "conquer Quesh" and also "conquer Tatooine" we have to choose ONE planet at a time, there is almost never going to be a contention for a planet as long as there is one un conquered planet. a contention is when we've conquered, say Makeb, and Makeb is up for conquering - as the conquerors of Makeb, we are supposed to contest it (i.e. win the planet) but we would rather have a new planet, as we already got the "conqueror of Makeb" title.
  3. legacy is per server, so while your actual legacy storage tabs are account-wide, you'll have the same storage capacity, but items stored in the current storage are not part of the new legacy, so they wouldn't be there. That's my guess.
  4. foamy, has your guild won any planets? hmm, i wonder if you're just woefully misinformed, as my guild hasn't lost a conquest yet, and we do not emphasize crafting to your extent (as the easiest way to accomplish the least possible enjoyment of the task). we do have crafters, yes, but those people see crafting as a passive event, and they do not seek only the "baseline" but rather feel that the conquest is an event that joins our guild into more than the separated raid groups from before galactic conquests began. We all talk to each other more, we are not "bare-minimum" kinds of people. If you want to do the bare minimum, you're never going to get more than the bare minimum. you get out of things what you put into them. i feel very sorry for you, you think you matter, that your 25k means anything to a multi-million point battle.
  5. last week my guild conquered Makeb. Next time Makeb is in contention, we will have to defend it to keep the title. we defend it by getting first place again. Since we have not had another Makeb Conquest, it's not there yet.
  6. no it wont. as soon as your GM selects the planet, all retroactive points get their appropriate bonuses. you can select the planet the day before the event ends if you wanted, so long as your whole guild knows which one you're conquering.
  7. you have all 4 strongholds 100% complete? the max you can get as a stronghold bonus is 25% per stronghold. 1 stronghold at 100% is 25% conquest bonus.
  8. i don't understand. my navigation with map open is unaffected by any recent changes. I have zero problems moving via RMB+LMB then pressing "M" and going anywhere I want. need to stop? let go of LMB while still holding onto RMB, can restart movement as i wish. it's the RMB lockout, but if you're already holding RMB prior to opening the map, you do not get locked out of movement with map open.
  9. right now, the only metric for the score is filling your hooks. eventually, once the initial fanfare has subsided, the leaders in prestige will be those that have NO DUPLICATES inside their stronghold. You get something like 100 prestige for the first unique (new) item, and 2 prestige for each additional one. placing hooks will eventually be min-maxed by having the highest ranking decorations placed rather than just the hooks being filled up.
  10. the F2P catch is that F2Pers are not allowed to transfer credits, not necessarily that there's a cap. in other words, subs get the shaft because they don't want F2Pers transferring credits. Wouldn't this be a great incentive (seeing that a sub can have credits in the legacy bank) to get more subscribers?!
  11. you'll need 1 crew skill slot, artifact authorization, companion customization, hide head, titles, unify colors, you'll have to either queue with another sub to get more than 5 WZ done a week, and you'll only get 3 FP END BOSS rolls, and ZERO operations without their applicable authorizations (a week unlock), the species you have offered as a sub will be more limited, so you could make a character of the species you want and level it to 50 to have it unlocked. you'll want event item authorization, as many repair droids as you'd like (these are no longer unlimited), and you'll want to spend as much of your credits above 350K as those will go into escrow (some people stock up on ISO-5s, some pre-purchase escrow transfers so they can periodically transfer money), you'll want to purchase cargo bays with credits or any other item that will lose the ability to purchase via credits. you'll want to stockpile XP boosts unless you're fine leveling a bit slower (~20-30% lower than subs, but it's the old rate, not a loss of xp rate, just subs get a boost)
  12. well, in order for you to get CCs from a referred player, they'd need to sub (or they just get the F2P stuff, XP boosts, inventory row, etc). Once they sub, you get CCs, and of course since they just subscribed, they'd be getting their normal subscription CCs.
  13. packs come in shipments, currently, I think we're in shipment 5. The shipments have a name to categorize them. Shipment 1 was "Cartel" Shipment 2 was "Contraband" 3 was "Bounty" 4 was "Starfighter" and 5 was "Nightlife" only Shipment 5 is available currently (as a normal item), they embargo the shipments and bring them back periodically to keep the rarity fresh. there will be random sales of different types, for instance, a "Grand Acquisition Armor Pack" may have 'one FULL set of any armor offered in a previous CM pack' "They recently had a "Grand Crystal Acquisition Pack" which did a 'One random color crystal for any of the CM packs.'
  14. the statistic breaking point is 2.3 million, not 1.2 This is gambling so either you are lucky or you are not. Chance to win a rancor is 0.09% with the buff so it is about 1111 clicks on average (1/ 0.0009 = 1111). Each click costs 1 Kingpin chip. If you are buying the chips at 50k credits a pop and doing it with the buff you can expect about 1111 x 0.3519 x 50k = 19 mil credits for the rancor mount. Doing it with the buff and/or using the smuggler’s machine to get the Kingpin chips will be much cheaper but slower. 0.3519 came from 1- 0.6481, which give you the number of chips you actually lost since you have a 64.81% chance to get the chip back. If you get Kingpin chips from the Smuggler machine at an average cost of 6k per chip, and have the buff, you are looking at 1/0.0009 x (0.3519) * 6k = 2.3 mil
  15. um, so lets say I sell the crate-o-matic. You would have NO IDEA who bought it, and then that person put the same crate-o-matic back on teh GTN. Of course it looks like a different person is selling it, they bought it from me, and you have no idea who bought it so you can "follow" the crate.
  16. how did you gain abilities?! What about the taxi cost? traveling to planets?
  17. Making all armor sets legacy bound would destroy the economy. there is a reason you have to pay to remove the mods on sets, it's called a credit sink. was your custom set adaptive?
  18. torstatus is based solely on the "status" (light, normal, heavy, very heavy), but not the population. click on one of the servers and you can see the metric, it's just taking the server status on this website and placing it on their website in an order of frequency of hitting those statuses.
  19. i believe F1 is "target companion" by default
  20. first purchase of $50 in march, then just utilized my grants. I bought 2 of those acquisition packs, and got Revans set, a commanders chair mount, and a hawkeye crystal, so I think i'll have some credits to spend.
  21. i hear that the color is GPU vs. CPU load. if RED, you're CPU is in charge, if GREEN, your GPU is in charge. in other words, the color alludes to which piece of hardware is the slowest, or the one that's limiting the FPS.
  22. let me just extend your abbreviations and see if that makes any sense: Star Wars is not 100 percent science fiction as it does not heavily base its self in reality, if anything it's more of a fantasy science fiction. Fiction: something feigned, invented, or imagined; a made-up story.
  23. (i know its not your quote) I'd guess that the location of opposing factions is just for if you walked out the front door. An imp would be ported to an Imp location, while a Pub will port to a Pub location. the interiors would most likely be one interior.
  24. if you're a Sith RPer, did you put you Pub characters in your family tree? If they're related, then I'd assume you put some context as to why they're related, and it'd make sense to visit your family/friend occasionally. If you're RPing, Why, oh why, would your RPing character be going to DK to visit home? You're just not making sense, why would your character be forced to go to a stronghold that your character would not go to? go to a neutral planet, Nar Shadaa or Tat, and have a "secret bungelow" that your Romeo and Juliet can rendezvous, but to say that a DK stronghold doesn't make RP sense is exactly what it should do. Your RPer does not need to go to DK EVER, just keep to your RP and don't go there, I know you have the will to keep true to your character. Please don't tell me the temptation is too great for you to abstain from RPing so you can visit all your strongholds. A real RPer will actually only visit the strongholds that work for their character.
