  1. Correction: CM is a teddy bear IRL. He uses a tiny keyboard and mouse, it's adorable. Also, hi, I'm Conradd. I'm just this guy, you know? I take screenshots, too. http://i.imgur.com/lOH91cR.jpg

  3. Very impressive parse. If it's legit and you can keep that up during a boss fight you should have no trouble finding a new guild.
  4. Eumelia works best with someone on his balls.
  5. You guys would be better off merging with another 8 man guild than trying to find 8-12 competent players who aren't already guilded.
  6. Did you guys 15 man Dreadful Entity just to down Jonnymaddog? I'm quitting <leth dos 5> and joining RG.
  7. I crack myself up, too.
  8. Doesn't this completely defeat the purpose of tracking records by artificially creating them?
  9. Funniest thing I've read all day, would lol again.
  10. LD50 downed the first three, you can see Maginot's post here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=5425462&postcount=60
  11. I think my point wandered a bit. Essentially, the weighting for the last boss is off. Just because you killed the first four earlier doesn't mean you should be ranked higher than guilds that downed TFB before you.
  12. Seems like something is wrong with your point system if guilds who killed TFB first are lower in the rankings. Every guild started at different times (some US and EU guilds started the morning of, others much later in the day), so the early kills are somewhat irrelevant. If you're trying to rank guilds based on how well/quickly they cleared the content then the last boss is the most important factor, isn't it?
  13. In my experience it's hard to kill Operatives who sit in stealth and avoid combat until they see someone at low health.
  14. So those of us who are double merged now are just screwed? And please don't pretend the earlier free transfers were somehow optional. If you still wanted to play the game with other people you had no choice. No name conflict resolution then, and now you're promising some vague system? It's like you guys decide the best possible ways to do things and go in the exact opposite direction at every opportunity.
  15. Dispatch gets a nice bump as well. Watchman PvE spec and Focus both benefit.
  16. I had a feeling someone would jump on that, so I reworded it to this: "Now we're going on 4 months with no mention of new content actually being released..." We've been hearing about TFB, HK-51 and Ancient Hypergates for ages, but I guarantee you it won't be out "this month" as they claimed. No PTS, no patch notes, no hard facts on what is and is not included. "Hey guys, some day there will be new content" is not enough to motivate 16 people in min/maxed BiS gear to continue playing.
  17. That's unacceptable. You are continually punishing the community at large for your mistakes and it's getting ridiculous. I was ready to leave when you royally screwed anyone not lucky enough to have chosen a destination server, but I decided to hold out a bit of hope that you guys could turn it around. Now we're going on 4 months with no mention of new content actually being released, you keep screwing up the simplest things, and I find myself asking the same thing everyone else in my guild is. "Why am I still playing?"
  18. I and a lot of other people were hoping for the same thing. It made perfect sense until today. The obvious answer is there is none. This is a major part of Legacy, and they changed it without warning or soliciting feedback.
  19. Where are you getting those accuracy numbers? My understanding is 100% basic accuracy and 110% special accuracy is the way to go. Once you hit 1800 STR and 35% crit it's wasteful to invest in any more Might augments. With Juyo fully stacked my burns have a 56% chance to crit, I think it's safe to say I benefit more from power.
  20. I haven't gotten around to doing any research on DPS relics since 1.3, frankly I do well enough with what I have now to not worry. I suspect that since there is no Patchwerk style fight in TOR where you have 100% uptime the on use Power relic holds its own. The above poster is correct - your crit does not need to be that high. More accuracy will not help you, either. Power is the way to go, and you should seriously consider switching to Overkill augments, I suspect you've stacked Might. I may not be perfectly min/maxed, but I suspect this is pretty close. http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/c2e8bb31-24e9-4457-aabd-c4545e9c27d3
  21. Steam Compatability: I'm not saying SWTOR should be sold via Steam, but it should be compatible with Steam's overlay. From what I understand (there are a few hacky solutions from users) this is imply a matter of setting a variable at launch that tells Steam TOR is a game. Literally every other game on the market does this. Higher legacy levels: ... are worthless. There should be some reward for legacy levels above 25. Decrease the cost of some other rewards (like the GTN), provide free Legacy gear (Birthright/Inheritance, or custom), or just give some kind of visual/social cue to indicate that someone has dedicated more time to the Legacy system. Legendary items: It's kind of depressing that the first legendary quality items in game are crappy barrels that are barely better than Tionese. There should be some kind of legendary quest chain to get items that are visually or stastically Legendary. I feel like this game couldn't handle people running around with particle effects, so how about items with additional modification slots? An extra Mod or Augment slot on a cool looking item would make it very desirable to all players. Make it hard to acquire (HM, maybe even NMM ops in addition to a solo quest chain requiring good gear and skill) so that it is truly legendary. Every single player has Artifact items already, Legendaries need to be just that. Game engine performance: This game needs some serious help, performance wise. I have two GTX 580's in SLI and an overclocked 2600K. I should not need to turn down my graphical settings to do 16 man ops.
  22. The fair and reasonable thing to do would be to have SOME form of name conflict resolution. If people on the destination server took those names first it would at least be understandable. Instead, those of us being transferred are basically being told we're less important than those who arbitrarily chose the "right" servers.
  23. This is the first time I cancelled a subscription to a game I still like. Bums me out, but the way they're handling name conflicts is not okay.
  24. No remediation for name conflicts? Stupid oversight on your part, and I won't pay to be treated like dirt.
  25. I'm not saying I should have instant level 50's and be able to steal other player's lunch money. I'm saying the identities I created for my characters when the game was fresh shouldn't be thrown out because of poor planning on Bioware's part. It's not an unfair or unreasonable position.
