you only get that mission if you sub and as a sub you get it from the start i.e, level 1 [also a free way to travel to fleet and back for new characters] if you used to sub i.e, are preferred status now then it may or may not work, 50% of the time it bugs out at random

when the felmale Smuggler spends time with a Sif that is actually what happens i.e, Zare tells her how to pick up boys and what nightclubs to hang out in... they don't do the deed
