  1. Well, good luck, I have never heard back from customer service since I opened an in-game ticket on March 28, nor from the email I sent to support@swtor.com on April 9. Just, no f was given so far.
  2. I'm really irritated. I already have no confidence in the Devs honesty in their messaging for their reasons for their bad ideas (like unsellable gear (to NPC vendors) at 7.4.1 launch, nerf of the rep tokens, etc.) and bad implementations (new GTN inhability to sell all the gears that use to sell on the GTN), etc. I only transfered one character so far and noticed right away that I was robbed 500CC. I oppened a ticket in game on March 28 (same day as transfer completed) and I still haven't get an answer since then. I can't help to think it is on purpose, to let the 30 day "free transfer" expire. Same as many people, I was sub on each of every day for 7-8 months now and still another 4-5 months to go. I simply lapsed a few hours in between bed time and wake up time, as my credit card had expired on rebill day. But yet, subbed each and every day of the calendar. Disappointed is way too nice. Disgusted, Frustrated, and ... I'm not gonna say more as I'm going to get flagged again.
  3. It does not make the daily areas more appealing. The rep token CQP nerf still doesn't make me want to run these. Plus, since the day you made the tokens apply automatically instead of going in inventory, I only play one daily mission area a day so to not waste them. (that was before 7.4.1, since then,I just don't care about daily areas (those with a rep track, that is, I did run the Black Hole over Onderon last week even though I had access to Onderon). And with repeatable heroic CQ points, I really have no reason to venture in daily areas. I'll be able to do any heroics I like in any order, while dailies would require doing even those I dislike to complete the weekly (on the same day) to finally get a decent amoutn of CQP).
  4. Oh? This you? False equivocation. "whole market" is not stricly "taxes elsewhere". Plus see my PM to help you with my sarcasm directed to the devs in that second statement you quoted. I'll also leave this thread. Farewell
  5. Then you are wasting your time and my time. The topic, since the beginning, is one item. No one talked about the whole market before you came in.
  6. Totally wrong. Inflation absolutely requires demands for service or good that are higher than supplies, people being ready to pay more to acess what is available for the goods and services, and suppliers being willing to increase their prices as much as the buyers are willing to pay. Increasing the total quantity of money into the environement "can be" a cause for some entity to go on a spending spree causing general inflation (like what many of our governements did in the past few years, with spending programs to affect a large spectrum of goods and services), but it is "not absolutely required" for inflation to occur. For example, even without the spending spree of some of our governments during covid, a major factor for some of the inflation back then was the broken supply chain (too much demand for what the world could produce and deliver then), and the extra costs for sanity measures required by covid. In the end, it is always demand being stronger than offer. Money supply is only a contributing factor. Encryption plans may stay at same price or even go down in short-mid-long term, if players start not giving a F about acquiring them from the market.
  7. Two weeks in, I think I like it (removing the reputation track). As you say, it does remove the FOMO feeling I had in doing GS activities long after completing 100th level during previous GS, in order to accumulate all the tokens I could, on all servers. Now, with 160sih points on each servers after two weeks, I feel like I might be able to finish this GS in 10 weeks and just not give a F about GS activities once I reach level 100 this time, because any more activities will earn nothing, so pointless to do (unless some good CQ points attached to them (like a WB kill present in both GS and CQ objectives, but I'll do it for CQ, not for GS). Also for me, with the nerf to the ground of the CQ points for reputation tokens, I'm just not going to try to grind to get 500k on each of my guilds, on each servers, like I did in between GS5 and GS6. So long extra servers, you won't see me populate you once this GS is completed. More time for me to maybe refocus on one server and just do enough on The Forge for a conquest while casualy playing the stories I like (from Origin stories up to Nathema Conspiracy, not the crap since 6.0 and 7.0). And with all that more time outside the game with summer coming. I'm also currently playing my second account (prefered) to see how I could fare by only subscribing one month here and there in the future (to collect the subscribers' GS rewards), instead of the 6 months at a time I do since I started playing in 2018. So far, it feels like it would be another big stress relief, as it can (barely but still) do 40 points per week (even on Shae Vizla with one guildless toon at level 21), enough to complete GS. Then wait, maybe, until a real great story drops to sub longterm again. So in summary, less grind because less playtime because less give-a-f because I'm not going to make up for the anihilation of rep tokens. Sincerely, really Eric, thank you.
  8. I really wish people would quit using this ignorant argument because it shows you don't know what you're talking about. There was no reason to nerf it, period. In order to generate that token for the "2-3 minute mission" I still had to play actual content and do work to get the token on the toon. This. Plus, who in their right mind ever asked their boss for a paycut?
  9. Less encryption plans = rarity = higher prices on the GTN. Devs creating inflation, again. They'll have to punish the players for this and add some new taxes elsewhere (won't take the blame themselves).
  10. 6th Galactic Season where we have to go to the Black Hole. Can't you finally move yourself and reduce the respawn time for the final clicky for Criminal Crackdown? Shouldn't be too hard to do, you've done plenty others. Get movin! Please ?
  11. So far on all the other servers first login on this 4th day, I usually got 3800 CQ points, instead of the 9500. But again, should this CQ objective really trigger in the first place?
  12. I don't think the CQ "Galactic Season : Progression" item should be triggered when login in on the 4th day of the week, even though we get 8 junk plans. Here, I login with a character on a server (first character login for that server) and I get the notification on top of screen and in chat that I got the Progression CQ, yet my CQ total points for that character remain at 0 (first login of the week for this toon). On other servers, I sometimes got 3800ish CQ points.
  13. In short: "Because we did a poor job with the GTN backend, we have to create new gears that fit the GTN, because, you know, we have no clue how to retro-fit the previous gears to work on the GTN (or are too lazy to go through the list of old equipments, or have no clue how to make a script for bulk changes)." You still could have made the new gear (bind on equip) sellable to NPC vendors. And the legacy bind deconstructable for the jawa junks and stuff. The i270-320 drops were only 500ish credits (a big nerf already compared to the 250ish and 306 of previous versions (10k-25k credits), nothing that can increase inflation like your own mistakes that allowed exploits for credits in the past. But at least they (i270-320) could be deconstructed, so I assume most people deconstructed them instead of selling them. By getting the jawa junk, we could buy stuff at the jawa vendors, resell on the GTN, or use them to craft something to sell on the GTN. The more jawa junk people had, the lower price on the GTN of the items, because less rarity. By removing deconstructable drops, YOU ARE CREATING RARITY AND INFLATION.
  14. And the wave sound of the Copero SH persist all over the universe... and even after login in other servers...
  15. This being said... Thanks for finally fixing the social vendors on Coruscant and DK (I imagine, didn't checked yet for DK). Kira looks fantastic in this robe.
  16. Just tried on a fresh new toon, and they also get those worthless i8 gear instead of the usual level progressing drop. Might not sound much for the 12 year old multi-billionaire players, but for new players, it can be a big deal for unlocking their inventory, perks, or even something as simple as an outfit. I guess, the devs made their analysis, and found there is pretty much zero new players coming (and sticking) to the game, so that it was not a big deal for the company if whatever few new players suffer their economic austerity.
  17. Imagine if THIS had been revealed and explained in the livestream And the Coppero SH a surprise upon login today. All the questions about the new junk vs old GS reward track would have been mitigated, minimizing a ton of frustration and confusion, and you'd have receive a ton of "thank you" message for the Coppero SH. You guys knows nothing about communication. Plus, hidding the reputation CQ points, bad, bad, bad communications. Every stream, when you say "we want to communicate more/better", I just don't trust you, and then comes D day and the result confirms it: your words where indeed, worth nothing. * "you" means Broadsword
  18. I'm out of forum reaction to put a like, just want to add: Not just how to get the jawa scrap, but also what we can actually buy from the jawa vendors, that are the only place we can acquire them, and are still required for some craftings. If jawa scraps goes down the drain, how do we get the other mats?
  19. There is another thing that is not mentionned in the patch notes: the removal of character level gear drop from any NPC, and replaced by some stup*** i8 unsellable gear (worth 0 credit). Whatever the level of the characters (I actually only tried level 76 and 80 (for these 2 toons, I got no i270ish or i320ish gear drop). Plus these i8 gear can't be deconstructed, only deleted. At it again forcing a zero credit economy with a very bad idea. (I've got more than enough credits on most servers except Shae Vizla, so not a real issue, plus I don't buy much off the GTN in the past 2-3 years as I got all the CM armors, weapons and mounted I wanted, when the economy was ok for my taste (prior to 6.0). So now I have unwanted new gear as drops that I can't deconstruct or sell (even if I could sell them on the gtn (I haven't tried yet), who is really going to buy these worthless gloves, bracers, boots, etc. (I haven't got any good looking chest piece so far, but that is the only thing that I see players "might" be interested in). Negociation: Just stop the gear drop if you don't really want to put them in the game! That be less ftrustrating. Also, how are we supposed to get jawa scraps and the other stuff we got from deconstructing i270-i320 gear drops? Buying and deconstructing i306 gear with tech frags (that I need for other things) has zero appeal.
  20. The "Galactic Seasons: progress" (free translation from French "Saisons Galactiques: progression" (the 9k CQ point objective) is a daily. Negociation: make this an unlimited repeatable. I shouldn't have to find ways to only progress one level per day to be optimal. Before I found that objective, I had completed 5 GS weeklies and have 6 level unlocked. I "wasted" 6 days worth of CQ points for that objective. I get your idea, 7 weeklies max, 7 days in a week... but gosh this is so unnecessary! Plus, these CQ objectives won't exist after GS6 ends. At this point, with the reputation token trash nerf, I think I'll simply stop doing conquest, for all servers, including mains (Leviathan and Forge). I had stop doing anything beyond login on Satele and Malgus in the past 3 weeks and it was a huge relief getting some time back in my real life in non GS time. On all servers except Shae Vizla, I have made a pub and imp one man guild, so that I do not get booted out (for having a life) by some strong guilds who asks for completing conquest, or to not end up in a small guild who dies in weeks when I'm willing to play but the guild master goes mia and never set the conquest objective. The hike from 50k to 100k conquest point was already a big hit for me as a story player, and had to stop prioritizing stories in order to do activities that gives more conquest points for the guilds I was in (that CQ hike was actually before I started my one man guilds). But now, I'm thinking about droping from the guilds on Shae Vizla (with the exception maybe of one pub and one imp toon? I'll see), just do a 4 GS weeklies anywhere in the week with one or two toons (should be enough to get 800 GS points). And on the other servers where I already have my one man guild, just don't bother with conquest either, and in same fashion just do 4 GS weeklies anywhere in the week, then log off. I guess I could just take the opportunity to stop conquest and prioritize stories again (for example, I still haven't completed chapter 3 for the Agent on Leviathan), but at this moment I just feel fed up with you guys. And I have Hogwarts Legacy and Jedi Survivor to finish, now that I have a GPU that can handle them.
  21. I guess, some kind of negociation strategy. A guy you come accross on the street hits you in the eye for no reason. You get yourself up and say, why did you hit me? Couldn't you just hit me in the stomach, that would not have felt as bad? Then he hits you in the stomach. And you say thanks. I guess we'll have a patch soon where reputation token will be "restored" to somewhere in between 43k and 7k. And people will say thanks.
  22. Please Dev, not just "packs" (as in CM and GS), but ALL of them, including the crafted one... AND PLEASE The ones from the login rewards track (Kai Zykken bag) Why did you left them unstackable when you made the GS ones stackable? Why can't you have a wide picture on QoL features? Wheter the item is legacy bound or not is not an excuse, many unboud items are stackable and can be sold on the GTN.
  23. Since you fixed Objective Meridian, why did you not fix Spirit of Vengeance?
  24. Jawa junk are nice to transfer to alts, so as long as it is legacy shared. The issue I see is that most if not all of those currencies are cap limited. I don't know if it is because of old crapy game engine limitations or because of some questionnable design decisions. I'd hate it if they cap those. Sure we got tons of jawa scrap back with 6.x, but not so much now with 7.x (much lower rate of green/blue gear drop at level 80 then at level 75, so very little opportunities to destruct those for scraps. I'm only doing story, heroic and daily areas missions, so I don't know about vet/master FP or operations drops)
