Thanks for the information. It seems all of the interesting colors are level 50 only? It sucks there aren't lower level versions of purple for example.

Can Artifice create lightsabers with special effects - like the glowing ones from the cartel market? And are they able to craft interesting colors - like pink or white/black .. or are those just cartel market again?

So I started playing a Sith Warrior recently and I'm wondering - where do the Sith fall in the chain of command? Can my Sith pretty much do anything he wants? Because it seems like almost everyone considers him to be a high-ranking member of the faction.

Unrealistic? Not only is this Star Wars, but this is a Star Wars MMO. I think the event is just fine. Any more "tracking down" would just add to the annoyance. Sure, I agree we could use more background on who we're taking out, but still.

I would really love some quality of life stuff. Like, for Healing: -The ability to mouseover heal. -The ability to only see your buffs on a target or frames. Or for DPS/All specs: -The ability to monitor cooldowns better. -The ability to see when you've got certain procs better. (Upper Hand, I'm looking at you)

Steve Blum is one of my favorite voice actors. I admit I got excited when I heard him voicing the droid. Also learned recently that Tara Strong voices my companion, Risha. Probably others too. I wish people would stop berating the OP. Names are important in games, for some people. Personally, if I am playing an MMO and my character name is not one that I enjoy, I just can't enjoy playing it. Maybe OP is the same way.

I'm thinking that, from what we see in game, 90% of Coruscant is overrun by various gangs. A very small portion of the planet is actually friendly. You've got much more room to roam around in Kaas without running into a thug.

It's technically bigger than Coruscant, if you only look at the "capital" part.

Odd title, but let me explain. I'm wondering how much are non-Jedi supposed to know about the Jedi and their ways? For example, my Smuggler ran into a Jedi, and I could tell she was a Jedi, so I let her handle her own fight (because I know she could), while my companion berated me for not wanting to help her. Another time, I had the option to ask what a "padawan" was. I like to RP the my Smuggler knows about the Jedi and their ways, but canon-wise, do non-Jedi know very little about what they can do?

I think the OP just refuses to listen to the technical reasons as to why he can't look exactly how he looked before. And you avoid posts explaining, in great detail, why this is. So just go on and continue to ignore logic and beg for the impossible.

^ I came here to say this. You all need to listen to this person. When the Cathar became a playable race, all older versions of the race had to be updated with this new model. If you played WoW, think of it this way: When Blood Elves were introduced, all of the blood elves currently in game were updated to the new player model. The same with goblins. The devs cannot "flip the switch" on a single NPC and give him the old model. It's all or nothing. So, I'm sorry, but your old companion is gone. The only thing that could possibly be done is to make him look closer to his old appearance within the means of the new customization system for his race.

I think they'd be the same, but just to be sure: Say I have an orange quality item and a green quality item. Both have full modification slots. If I use the same mods on both of them, would they have the same stats/do the same damage?

I'm a totally new player (Started 2 weeks ago), and I think the XP is just fine. Mostly because there are just so many ways to earn it. You got dailies from level 10 that give xp, you have repeatable dungeon quests that give xp, you have warzone xp, you have space battle xp, and you have regular questing on planets. I don't have any legacy boosts or anything, and every time I reach a new planet, the quests are always ready to turn grey and give me no xp. If anything, I think it should be slowed down further, lol. (<- that was a joke)

Are there patch notes I can read somewhere? I'm pretty new to the game.

There's nothing costly about using Planetary Commendations to buy upgrades for your orange gear.

Is there a list somewhere of these secrets that have been found? It would be interesting to read about them.
