really need help with this, its been driving me insane.

hi guys, i recently had a problem and had to re install swtor, it finished last night. I can get past the launcher where i put in my username and password but then the loading screen comes up and the game never loads. I got told to do a launcher patch thing which i did but that unfortunately didnt fix it, any solutions?
