#2 - PTS broke something with the launcher. After installing the PTS, Every time I log in now in the launcher (live or PTS), it checks for an update and then downloads over 1g of data and installs it. This is happening EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just switching back and forth between the two game modes inside launcher (live and PTS) also triggers a download. Please fix this! So, I have the same problem as Screaming_Ziva and also, all of the characters I had before the update are gone, is it normal? do we have to copy new characters every time there is an update?

My Ipod crashed 2 days ago, I had to remove the Security Key to be able to log in the game. For some reason, the Ipod is back and running, when I tried to reactivate the Security Key option, I was given a new serial number, problem is that I still have the old serial number locked on my Ipod and I cannot change it. I am able to get a Security number but the game wont take it. Question: If I send you the serial number of my Ipod, would you be able to reactivate it? Thank you for your time, ~ Joe Thunder

I am sure you think your funny, but for 65 Elite and 80 Basic, I don't understand why you would lose your time trying to be funny. I just asked a question.

I meant new enough not to have needed the use of those tickets. Have been playing for the last 3-4 months and I have 2 lvl 55 and I had more then that btw, I lost what I said and used the rest as soon as it became available. I was keeping a close eye on those, so yes I had those I ask my guild but no one told me about the tickets. Since I didn't get my answer, I'll ask again, how do I fill a ticket in game? Thank you.

I was waiting for my Elite and basic commendation points from the weekly to be available for me to use. What was my surprise to see that after the last update I lost 65 elite and 80 basic commendation points. Those are long and not easy to get, is there anyway to correct this situation? character name is Dur'sar. Thank you!
