  1. Thats part of my I mentioned Makeb, though I know much less about Oricon. I'll go look it up realy quick, but if it came out after Makeb and was better tuned to one companion again, I assume this wouldn't work as well currently. A future expansion though, I still think it good since they could plan the mobs on having two out.
  2. Ok, so after doing a search on this I see I'm not the only one who had this idea, though the last time it came up was about a year ago (and had alot more things added on to it than this will). Now, I have not yet hit Makeb yet, but to my understanding it is packed with elite mobs that are pretty close together, to the point that some players just try to run past them instead of fight them. While I'm assuming mob density won't be quite as bad in future expansions, I also think that this is the perfect time to introduce the ability to have two companions out instead of just one. My idea is that, at level 55, you could go to the skill trainer and buy the ability to have a second companion out. There would also be a legacy character perk (not global, just perk) that would let you do it at 50 at an increased cost, similar to speeder training. The level 55 one would atleast need to be in the price range for preferred players of course. I've never done coding, but I assume that something like this (either at that level, or at a higher level) could be done in the expansion after the one coming up.
  3. Probably because CM outfits are some of the easier things that can be made. Wouldn't surprise me atleast.
  4. I have absolutely no idea if this would be even harder to implement then just letting us view the cutscenes and make the choices without affecting LS/DS/Companion affection, but what if they gave us a cutscene viewer, that would play like a movie of what we ALREADY decided? It would go by whatever choices we made last (So if you, say, did Black Talon once, viewed it, then did it again with different choices, it would change to match the latest version when you view it again.) This would also show the other characters who played with you (which would be somewhat fun to watch it when you grouped up with people you know, possibly). Once again though, I don't know whether that would be even harder to implement than what has already been discussed, though while writing it now sounds like it would be...but I've never done coding before so I'm not sure.
  5. Like others have said it isn't just F2Ps who do so, most of them probably only need on things for themselves. Some may need for their companions, but its probably a smaller percentage than even those who just blanket need. The most likely reason it may seem that F2Ps do it more often, is that they (when combined with preferred) outnumber subs. Even if they have the same overall percentage of people who always need when compared to subs, it will just seem like a bigger deal because there are more of them overall. That said, I've only run into a couple people who need on everything, and all three of them were during Esseles/ Black Talon. It has not yet been a problem for me at all beyond the very first FP on both sides.
  6. Got another two now, starting with a negative: Cape effects. Or rather, while I don't exactly mind that they are kinda stiff, I don't like when they glitch and wrap around my character, then stay stiff like that. It just looks really weird and is the only thing I don't like about my Knight's choice of outfit. On the positive: While not many enemies have this happen to them, I get a good chuckle out of interrupt an enemies move, which then cause it to backfire onto them instead. First time I remember for sure seeing it was when fighting Cyro Troops on Alderaan, though I just had another one where a fire grenade backfired onto the enemy elite I was fighting.
  7. I'd like to see it happen, though they would have to remove LS/DS/Companion gains from it. Which I guess would be kinda obvious, but stating it anyways because I'm not sure how much time doing so would add to making it a reality, if it ever happens.
  8. It is kinda funny how much appearance, even if only to satisfy yourself, can end up being so fun. Used to be a time when I didn't care either, up till I played an MMO with a pretty damn good character creation...now its another thing I like to see done well in MMOs. And currently, I've found some armors I enjoy!
  9. While I'll chalk it up to being my newest negative about the game, as far as I'm aware it is mostly small bugs now anyways, atleast until the next expansion (which hopefully will only be small at best then too.) I can also understand that it takes a while...well, not so much understand since I've never had to deal with it myself, but what little I do know is that even a small bug can take alot of work to get rid of without causing new, possibly worse ones. Ah well. Before throwing out another minor positive, yeah, I really wish the class stories would continue. It really is this games biggest strength, something that sets it far apart from any MMO I've played. Even my favorite (though defunct) MMO didn't have it quite as good on that front. That said, if they atleast can make quality faction quests (with some dialouge differences depending on class of course, not all of them, but some atleast), I think that would make many of us happy. Now for my minor positive! Back on spaceships, I like how sitting in the chair infront of your global map also brings it up. Makes it feel more like you are actually piloting it to your destination, or atleast putting it on auto pilot to there.
  10. Well I guess thats part of why I'm not a buisness man, but I would think that letting atleast preferred ticket/bug report would be a good idea. Atleast bug reporting may catch things when you have a wider net.
  11. Wait, you can't open tickets or report bugs as a preferred player? That...seems like a really stupid decision.
  12. The only thing stopping me from buying four character slots right now is that I rather use the CC I get from subbing for it. I already made one of each class, and another one of the opposite gender for four of them. Another biased negative for me, atleast on Trooper, I find it hard to choose some of the DS choices even though I wanted to choose them to see that side of the story. Mostly because I rather not threaten kids to get my way. Though I guess its less negative and more I'm just lightsided on Rep side (Imp side, atleast for the Inquis...I like to shock things. Alot)
  13. I saw what was said, but eh, bygones and all that. Just was curious to his reasoning on it. Edit: Also, if thats how you see it sure, guess I'm still just a bit surprised at the suddeness.
  14. Why would you edit it if you would say something similar in your next post?
  15. While I will say thanks for the advice, I may do it on another character eventually, I am not the biggest fan of PvP in general. Game could have the best version of it out there and I still wouldn't be too interested. Not to say I haven't played it a little, but it just isn't my thing. For now though, I've been able to focus on my Jedi Knight, finally got through the first chapter. If someone looks at when I started playing, it took me so long through a combination of too many alts and also playing various other games. Also, I have not tried Galactic Star Fighter yet. Once again in part because of not being a PvPer, and in part just not yet having tried it yet. Though I've contemplated on it a few times.
