Reusable Jawagram "Party On!" is not being added to my collections upon use.

Already tried that still doesn't work.

I made a post a few weeks back about not getting my "Datacron Master" title due to a bug with achievements which no one replied to. link: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=652317 This still hasn't been fixed yet but the nature of the bug has changed. In my old post in the first picture you can clearly see that "Coruscant Datacron Master" is marked as "Complete". Now everything is checked off but it's marked "Incomplete". Pictures as follows. I have completed each planet's respective datacron master achievements however "Coruscant Datacron Master" is not shown as completed under General ---> Exploration ---> Galactic Datacron Master (0/1). I have spent an exorbitant amount of time collecting every single datacron on both the Empire and Republic side only to have a bug/glitch preventing me from getting the "Datacron Master" title/achievement. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Please fix this bug/glitch ASAP.
