We're a relatively small Imp side guild with a very active discord. We offer Full xp bonus/crit set bonus with a HUGE 5M+10+15M repair/summon allowance upon joining. Absolutely no requirements, come and go as you please. Although we aren't a specific content oriented guild, we do lots of raiding primarily via our discord but also pug a lot off end game. We teach all of the legacy raids on HM as that was always our bread and butter. Aside from that we're a large yield conquest guild as well, with no stress on new players to contribute (our core group makes sure we hit our goal every week)

Well, BC was NEVER a pve server. Sure there were pve guilds that BC was host to but it's always been RP.

Eh no, majority of those leaving are on the "wrong server" as has been stated before. This is not a server where you'll find those with a heavy interest in progression raiding. BC doesn't offer sht in that aspect. PvP might be more tolerable for the casuals seeing as Inf/STI are leaving as well. Other than that I can only see casual pve (flashpoints) and rp-ers sticking around.
