  1. Last time I checked the mod you are referring to is called Healers Have To Die, and it still works in WoW. http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/healers-have-to-die
  2. The original poster has a very valid point. Space in a Star Wars game that was in development as long as SWTOR was really disappointing. But as others have pointed out Bioware has stated they are working on a massive space overhaul, and I for one hope this overhaul brings space to the game in the way we expected it to be from the beginning, a full blown space.
  3. Well obviously Rogun the Butcher does not drop these pieces as he is for a smuggler only quest series. Anyone else even wondering why these items are nowhere to be seen in-game?
  4. Has anyone seen any of the Butcher's armor pieces drop anywhere? I have been watching the Global Trade Network, and the Hutt Cartel Trade Network since release, and have not see any of the non-Dark Side vendor pieces on either of the trade networks on multiple servers. Specifically I am looking for: Butcher's Chestguard - http://www.torhead.com/item/gnmu2U9/butchers-chestguard Butcher's Leggings - http://www.torhead.com/item/eQcBO5y/butchers-leggings Butcher's Helmet - http://www.torhead.com/item/dFkfRMp/butchers-helmet Butcher's Bracers - http://www.torhead.com/item/eMYV2JQ/butchers-bracers Butcher's Belt - http://www.torhead.com/item/505Q4yk/butchers-belt I have submitted two tickets inquiring if these items are still available in-game, or if they were removed from the drop tables. First ticket was simply closed and never answered, the second ticket suggested I ask in-game, as I have done many times already, and ask on the forums, which I am doing now. If anyone has gotten a straight answer from a ticket about these items please post the response here, or if you have actually seen a drop, please indicate where it dropped. But far as I can tell these items are non-existent in-game, which is a shame because I had a guild member who said he had the full set in beta and hasn't seen any of the dropped pieces since release.
  5. FREE Character transfers or bust. Don't be greedy like Blizzard. Be like Trion Worlds and give back to the fans who have made you what you are.
  6. Simplest solution to this whole safe zone shield issue is to remove the shield once the match starts and DO NOT have it re-appear. It has aided in more than a few losses simply because it allows the opposing team to accomplish the goals unhindered. Just get rid of the shield once the match starts Bioware, it's throwing matches, and getting people kicked out because they can't get out of the safe zone.
  7. As I can see it is clear that my point has been overlooked by some, I'll reiterate. In this day and age of MMO's, taking the servers down for such a small update is something that SHOULD be questioned. Because to me it appears they are using it as a cost cutting measure to bring down overhead costs associated with the data centers. These types of updates on other MMO's of the past few years have been quite fast and even less hindering to server up-time. That is my point, which brings me to my next question. What is so different about this game, when compared to others of such caliber, that requires they bring down servers on consecutive days for something that other MMO's can patch in a hotfix and a rolling restart? For those who are still wondering why I am asking this question, please refer to my last post on this topic, which got a response that linked to the FRENCH forums suggestion box. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=2428688#post2428688 Check out the response on page 3, which also locked the topic, and be left wondering what the frak like I was.
  8. Does it really take Bioware between 2 and 6 hours to patch one item every time they take the servers down? Here is what they have patched on nights I'm referring to: "Killing players on Ilum will now consistently grant Valor and mission credit as intended." "Made a configuration change to resolve hitching/freezing issues seen on some clients after patch 1.1.1. " "Improved service to reduce the number of player disconnections to the character selection screen." Seriously, 4 hours for that is absurd. This is not the first time they have patched a single item and taken the server down for between 2 and 6 hours. Seriously, please learn how to hotfix and do rolling restarts. Taking the servers down for 2 to 6 hours at a time multiple times per week as a cost cutting measure is terrible customer service!
  9. As the title says, I am beginning to wonder if Bioware has heard these terms. Because taking the servers down multiple time per week for more than 15 minutes is beginning to get a bit old for some of the things they are doing. I understand the need to fix things, but I have to wonder how many of these itsy bitsy patches could have been solved by a hotfix and a rolling restart.
  10. Anyone feeling that first major patch of Age of Conan all over again? Seriously this is what you tell us after stealth nerfs/changes and you haven't fixed major bugs that have been in the game since beta, a month into release?! And here I thought I had stopped paying Blizzard back in November.
  11. Correction, I meant Legendary (orange) gear appeared to have lost all the mods in the GTN and a couple pieces I had saved for 50 in storage. This was the day of the patch, and I have noticed that slowly gear with mods has started showing back up again. My question is why did they remove all the mods from Legendary gear, when the intention was to only resolve the exploit with one particular piece of armor.
  12. Why remove all the mods from artifact (orange) gear on the Global Trade Network and in storage in last night's patch? I noticed on the Global Trade Network there are no mods in any of the artifact gear, and in fact I am missing mods on gear I had in storage as well for level 50 now. From patch notes 1.0.2d: "Fixed an exploit that allowed the removal of Armoring item modifications that were not intended to be available for removal on Artifact quality items."
  13. Well you could technically play it now, but you would have to use VMware to play it, and possibly take a hit on performance.
