None of the suggested work arounds have fixed it for me. Will try this and see what happens. If it doesn't work I guess I'll have to re install the entire game -
I have tried everything suggested TWICE. NONE of it has worked for me. I might just re-install the entire game.

So I added 2 Code Cards for Cartel coins (2400) through the website. The Code Redemption was SUCCESSFUL but it never added actual cartel coins to my account.....

I acceidentally mis-clicked and reported for name which I did NOT mean to do. I tried to cancel the ticket but i keep getting an error saying: There was a problem closing your ticket, please try again later. Is there another way to close it? it was a mis-click mistake....

I'm at the part where I got to choose again a faction... Currently on a Jedi Sentinel - been mostly light sided. IF I choose to stick with the Republic do I lose the sith/empire companions I gained (ie. Lana, Acina)? Does choosing the opposite faction affect you losing companions ?? is the question xD
