  1. Hello. I recently rolled a Sith Assassin. When I unocked Lightning Charge I noticed that when engaging in combat, the effect starts before the character has drawn his lightsaber. I felt this was weird, but as the effect is quite subtle I felt I could ignore it. As my character is a tank, I started using Dark Charge as soon as I had unlocked it. I then noticed that the same "premature" effect happened there, as well, and this time it wasn't very pretty, as it looks as if the lightsaber ignites right into the character's armpit. My suggestion is to make the effect more subtle. Maybe concentrate the effects to the hands with the sparks flying about or darkness swirling around there instead of the lightsaber blade.
  2. As a rule, a potential player species must speak basic. And Rakata are basically extinct.
  3. This is not how chance works, guys. A 20% chance of a reverse engineered item yielding a schematic does not mean that out of 100, 20 would yield a schematic. It means that there is a 20% change of a single item yielding a schematic. If the first item fails to yield a schematic, the chance of the next item yielding a schematic is still 20%. Every item that you reverse engineer is an isolated event, it is not affected by previous events nor will it affect events that follow, chance simply does not work that way. The universe does not keep score.
  4. I tried it once, and didn't really fancy it. The controls are too clumsy for me, I was hoping for something along the lines of how jets in the Battlefield series handle.
  5. I agree. The event should be localized to Alderaan, and players who want to enjoy it can go there.
  6. I have found that pressing a movement button in the same direction as the auto-run bug will cancel running.
  7. Yeah, I hear you, I actually miss the regular lightsaber sounds. Quite tired of hearing glass shattering every time someone on the fleet activates their lightsaber.
  8. I love the free market. It means I can buy rare items when they're cheap and sell them dear later on.
  9. Actually, I don't have any trouble at all selling protoype Fortitude and Resolution crystals.
  10. I don't like this suggestion. It would gut and disembowel my primary moneymaker.
  11. Also, in the Star Wars universe, the correct term is speciesism. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Speciesism
  12. Agreed! And if one wants a full-length blaster rifle, the long sniper rifle barrel could be replaced with the barrel on the Republic Command Carbine.
  13. Playing on Red Eclipse, I don't find them to be much more than a nuisance. I report them, /ignore them and then move on about my business.
  14. On this point, as I'm not really satisfied with some weapon sound effect in the game (weapons fire and lightsabers, for example), I wouldn't mind if I could change the audio files to personalize my game experience. The only "unfair advantage" I'd have would be greater immersion and enjoyment, I suppose.
  15. Yeah, now that you mention it I do believe I've seen it too, I've forgotten the name, but it was probably a Premium tier weapon. I suggested the B-306 Bantha Disruptor sound effect because it's a typical Star Wars-y 'pew pew' sound.
  16. I'd like a new blaster rifle, using the model of the Scoped Lancer sniper rifle (bipod removed and barrel greatly shortened) with the sound effect from the B-306 Bantha Disuptor.
  17. Hm, like the Stalwart Protector set with Jango Fett's jetpack, sort of?
  18. The main thing that bothers me is players who undercut my, in my opinion, fairly resonable asking price by so much that the cost of making the item actually exceeds whatever credits they receive from the sale. Of course, this is only a pet-peeve. As this is a free market, all I have to do is wait until the, in my opinion, underpriced items are sold and then put my things up at slightly lower than my original asking price. This way, I make a profit, and whoever wants to bleed credits is more than welcome to do so.
  19. I wasn't going for innovation. I suppose I am a traditionalist.
  20. I prefer my look, Valiant Jedi Armour Set dyed Dark Brown/White.
