  1. Thankyou for your wonderful contribution to the forums FYI, Not all thoughts need to be shared, some are better kept to yourself
  2. Hey everyone, Thought the below link might prove of interest. http://www.destructoid.com/obsidian-reveals-its-plan-for-potential-kotor-iii-259114.phtml For those who don't like clicking copy is below: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords was a stellar Star Wars RPG that shone despite its bugs and rushed production schedule. It left me wanting to a sequel and, speaking to Eurogamer, Obsidian's Chris Avellone also harbored further plans for the crew of the Ebon Hawk. Knights of the Old Republic III actually existed in pre-production at Obsidian but it never made it past the pitch process. Obsidian's Chris Avellone says that "it felt like we were pitching and pitching and it just wasn't going anywhere, and at some point people just drew a line and said 'it's just not going to happen.'" I had never considered the KOTOR games to be part of a potential trilogy but Avellone confirmed that the plan was to have "The Exile" from KOTOR II potentially meeting Revan from KOTOR I and finding "the true Sith Lords." But enough of all that, what of HK-47, one of the best supporting characters in an RPG ever? "At one point HK-47, its legs dismantled, would "ride around in your backpack," Chris explains "like C-3PO does with Chewbacca in Empire Strikes Back." Brilliant! The best parts of KOTOR II were when your crew began expanding and you felt like you were making a really close-knit group. I'd love to see KOTOR III happen but if it never does, I'm glad that there's mods like The Sith Lords Content Mod that can help me squeeze every last bit of goodness from the game.
  3. None. Found it kind of sad seeing so many people displaying it last night like a badge of honour.
  4. I offer you one gold sovereign for the bracers, pm me your address and I will be around shortly to collect
  5. Actually no preceding word is needed, simply stating "...non existent quality assurance" would be sufficient. As "non existent" is an absolute it doesn't require a qualifier. No offence intended
  6. Yes. Following History, the rep would make themselves dictator for life, would be killed by their fellow players, a civil war would erupt before a player takes on the role of Augustus, wins the civil war, and ushers in a new golden age for SWTOR.
  7. /Signed It makes Zero sense for them not to be dyeable. Plus I'm sick of seeing literally dozens of people wearing the exact same Revan robes - a bit of colour would be good.
  8. Slightly of topic but my favourite Sith-esque song is Pilgrimage by Nine Inch Nails from The Fragile album. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6vGiH37lwE Obviously not in game but suits the character well.
  9. I've only ever had one truly terrible experience with a PUG. I was a Scoundrel Healer and the group finder set me up with the Athiss flashpoint. The "Tank" was a Shadow. I say "Tank" as although he was queued as a Tank he was neither geared or behaving like one. Issues were as follows: 1. He was in a mix up cunning and strength gear 2. He was using a single saber (Strength based) 3. He stood for up to 2 minutes in front of a mob before finally pulling 4. When he did engage he just used the basic melee attacks then ran off leaving the DPS and me to deal with them I asked him nicely if he knew the mechanics of the game i.e. Trinity system and if he had meant to queue as a Tank. There was no response for about a minute when he came back with, and I kid not: "LOL I'm a jedi, not sure what game you think you're in..........DUH.....what tanks be Star WarsLOL" I laughed so hard I actually cried.
  10. Would love to see the following: - Class Stories - Level increase (Atleast 10 Levels) - Two or Three Planets - Couple of Flashpoints - An Operation - A Warzone map Basically a general expansion similar to LOTRO.
  11. No its not quite as bad but you are still certainly a dick for doing it. If you can't see that then I'm very worried for you as a person.
  12. Bit of a slippery slope argument. You can whittle almost anything down to being non-integral.
  13. Ahhh they are PVP quests mate. It says so in the quest name. It really is that simple. I mean are you going to argue that Hutt Ball isn't PVP because the aim is to get the ball across the line rather than just fight?
