  1. could be the planet turns into a realm vs realm mode. factions and pvp could lead to that.
  2. i think open player housing would do any mmo good as it gives players more influence on the living world experience. just nowadays alot changed inside the mmo market. its grown and grown, the offers are wide spread and its a buyers market more than ever before. people play different mmos at the same time, playing an expansion until they have seen everything and log into the next mmo to play the expansion there. the mmo companies have by now adapted to this customer behavior and i think no mmo on the market has really the goal to keep subscriptions at all cost and under all circumstances. the business models are built to get as much dollars from a returning player as can be done while he spends his time inside the mmo before moving to the next mmo again. ingame stores sell items for high prices, its like a hotel where you spend some days and they offer you all kinds of extras for an additional price to farm you as much as possible before you move on. its more like subscriptions are a plus nowadays but not the center of the business anymore. also mmos seem to have found a new standart in releasing playable story episodes turning the games more and more into interactive tv series than implementing complex gaming content. i personally would like that to change again. i prefer mmos which offer good quality content to play and i think the idea of open world cities and content would be good for an mmo to set itself upon the other games. also i would implement an open world realm vs realm system. darkside vs lightside and players can fight for land where strongholds can be build by the players to keep the land and defend it. that way we would have an always changing game environment where anything can happen any time player driven. players dont build strongholds - players lose the land easy, players attack the other side and theres movement, etc. i think such systems will work as the main criteria for a player to change the mmo again is that all new expansion content has been seen and the feeling of "nothing else to see and do for now" arises. also proper pve and pvp challenge modes are needed for the ones which want to have competition on the sporty side of game modes to keep incentive to stay. stop buying from the ingame stores and let them know you want something else than being cheaply farmed off month by month. greets
  3. All Armor vendors ingame shall have a new filter option so we can filter after words we type. reason is to be able to filter all armor parts of a specific set to have all parts of other armor sets filtered out.
  4. hi everyone, what would you think about a realm vs realm system for swtor? i think that star wars is an excellent base for doing realm vs realm. conquer enemy territory, hold the lines, build strongholds ourselfes to defend our grounds, gain rewards and ressources by holding land, pvp fights, smallscale and bigscale , form alliances and all that. would you like such or not and why?
  5. for me i still see people play together with each others. mmo i think currently there are 2 problems. on the one side the developer got lazy and on the other side community keeps buying stuff from the cartel market because people think that the money will help to develope more content while the developer gets even more lazy cause of the sales. why develope content if you can make easy cash selling single items? the same situation exists in gw2. the ingame store gets more priority than anything else. developing content needs work, thinking, modelling and in the worst case players will complain rather than to enjoy the content. so put 3 new armors into the store will do. believe me if community stops to buy from the cartel market the developer will get under pressure to gain subscribers and will be forced to sell addons or put content in to keep subscribers confident. dont support the ingame stores they are the root for company lazyness.
  6. Hey everyone, Armors from the cartel market which have an level cap because the armors are delivered with mods cant currently be redeemed via ones collection even if the armor is unlocked. Alot players payed money for armors and cant wear them on multiple chars. I think its about time that bioware removes the mods from these armors and make all armors be redeemable at level 1. If this change is made i think more players would buy such armors as for me its a criteria not to buy them anymore if i cant redeem them anytime i want. What do you guys think? greets

  8. also im ersten teil deines postings wiederholst du was ich geschrieben hab und im zweiten teil bist du komplett offtopic. wie ist denn deine meinung zum thema? sollen alle rüstungen aus dem kartell markt beanspruchbar sein wenn man sie gekauft hat?
  9. Es existieren nach wie vor viele Rüstungen aus dem Kartellmarkt welche über die Sammlung nicht beansprucht werden können. Es handelt sich um alle Rüstungen die ein Level Cap größer als 1 haben und mit herausnehmbaren Mods geliefert werden. Der Support hat mir gestern geantwortet, dass diese Rüstungen halt nicht beansprucht werden können, weil die Möglichkeit besteht dass ich die mods rausnehme und ggfs verkaufe und so immer weiter Credits exploiten könnte. Es kann nicht sein, dass wir nicht an unsere gekauften Items kommen, hier ist ein Fix nötig, so dass die Rüstungen ohne mods und ab Level 1 beansprucht werden können. wie ist eure meinung dazu?

  11. there are no lastnames in the game. there are firstnames and the legacy.

I would change the system so a firstname can exist more than once while every player has to create a legacy with a legacyname that is unique. for f2p players just do the same and give them legacy unlocked. that would solve the name problem forever as i just returned to the game and have the same problem while creating new characters. all names i enter exist already. the chatwindow could be changed so it displays first and legacy name so there wont be a problem with mixing up players.
