    Two bugs

    1. Entering GSF with companions on missions. Should they return from mission while you are in gsf, there is a chance that the return item will not be available to be claimed. If you have three or more return, this will lock up the ability to resend the crew members out on missions. Generally, you have to log off and back on to unlock them. 2. Sometimes, rarely, when placing items on GTN, it will not accept the item. No, not exceeding the cap of items, just simply placing items on gtn. Once this happens, it requires a log off/log on to reset this so that you can continue putting items on gtn.
  2. I have multiple toons, mostly on one server, but I do have one toon on another server. The main server toons log in fine, whether it be before or after the single-toon server. But, when I go to log that one in, it wont.. I press the "PLAY" button (either at top by toon, or at bottom). Neither function. However, If I create a second toon, log that one in, I can log out and log in the other. Even after I left the new created there, I cannot log in the first toon, first to log in. It has to be second. Almost like the newly created has to clear the way. Again, my main server functions normally, in every respect. But, my alternate one, has this issue
  3. oh, i agree on that as well.. started a thread about that one as well, some time back.
  4. its an issue because I like to replace what I sold, without having to see which version(s) I still have up on gtn. I have every version of the implants and earpieces at the top end, in purple. In the case of implants, I have two of each (heck, you can wear two implants, why not buy two of them from me. If you like one enough to buy it, buy a second). In short, I have over 80-100 combined on the gtn, easily. Including 6-8 of each "prefix" of both implants and earpieces. Its a hassle to read "someone has bought Cardio Relay..." then have to go to the gtn to see which is missing, to craft its replacement. If it said 'someone has bought Hawkeye Cardio Relay..." there is no hassle, no running to the gtn, no searching to see which sold. I just open up crew missions, and assign the task of making its replacement to an available (and skilled) companion. Given the volume of stuff I have on gtn (all trainable/learnable orange gear, as well as implants and earpieces of purple quality, and color crystals, enhancements (4 types, 5 each), purple focus, shields, generators), it takes me 3 hours to put them all up. Its a hassle already. (but, 2 mil/day for sitting around doing nothing is worth it) To have more hassle on the mailing return of what sold, is pointless.
  5. Why cannot the GTN mail service (that sends a mailer when an item is sold) use the full title/name of an earpiece or implant that is sold. I can read the full name, why cannot the game? Example: it reads "Someone has bought a Response Implant that you put on ...." why cannot it read "Someone has bought a Rampart Response Implant that you put on ....." As stated, if I can read the full name, why cannot the game? Also, the example only shows an implant, but the same applies to Earpieces, it truncates the prefix (rampart, commanders, exactitude, vehemence, etc, just like implants).
  6. Patch notes (listing of the items) on the SWTOR site have the date in the 'euro' styling vs the 'american' (same as rest) format.. it has it 17/12/13 (as opposed to 12/17/13)
  7. They will be fine overall. Why? They will be on your team, my team, everybody's team. Sure, that means alot of people will be 'carrying' the f2p and pref for a time. But, hey. they will catch on and be okay soon enough.
  8. Mouse controls are waaay to sensitive, if it wasn't said already. I bump it jus a hair, and next thing I know, my starfighter is in a full spin the direction of the bump. Right now, forward is good. Left, Right, Up, Down.. all require mouse movement, and, that just isn't a comfortable level right now. Either tweak it down ... ALOT, or give us our own ability to adjust it (in preferences perhaps)
  9. well, we know it happens if the item is before the server shutdown/patching, and sold after.. But, why cannot the dev's solve and fix this issue. Its over a year old at the time of this post. Serious, solve it pls. Other games have, why cant these devs?
  10. dunno, seen many games with a 'gtn/auction' feature and this is the only one that does this. The others make it thru server shutdowns and patches fine...
  11. Look at it this way. If a f2p is doing wz, he is walking around in gear that has blue (prototype) level mods etc in it more often than not (assuming he didn't get artifact use authorization). He wont be absorbing the damage, nor putting out the damage you can. Looks like a killable toon. Also, He is an addition to the total WZ pool. Instead of (just a number) 50 people cued up for a night of wz'ing, adding in the f2p riding on his friends coat-tails, you will get more. This means, not facing the same characters over and over, might even see members of the other faction. Its actually a win proposition. Now, if you want to have the teams comprised of the same 20ish characters all night, all geared at top end levels, ALL NIGHT long, fine.
  12. Alot of people have customized their companions, whether it be the actual customizations, with armors and weapons, as well as the hide-head-slot. However, in companion conversations, the Hide Head-slot is as if it isn't there. 99% of the time, my companion in combat is showing hair, ears, eyes, etc.. But, go and have a conversation, she hides her head in a helmet. And, why cannot we get the 'affection gained' notification (at the bottom of the screen) to display the current appearance of the companion instead of the default look of that companion. Was having a conversation with one of mine recently, and I saw that and for a moment said to myself "Who was that companion?" (as the image didnt match the face in front of my toon)
  13. Can we get a fix on the glitch that occurs when patches come in, or servers shut down for whatever reason that ... (the example I give will assume TUE is the patch or shutdown). Character has placed items on GTN (any number of items) on MON for 48 hours, Tue is patch, POST-Patch some sell. The Mail service notification, both the impending, as well as actual money notification read like "Somebody has bought something.....". Now, I don't really care who bought the item. But, I do want to know what sold so that I can craft a replacement of it. I don't want to sift thru all the other items cross-referencing it to a list to see whats missing (and therefore, what sold). It's an issue that has been around since I started playing over a year ago. I keep hoping for a fix, but fixes of old issues appear to be not worth the time.
