  1. What the.... <scrolls back to check> oh wow, I really wrote warstalker. I totally meant Elite Warlord. Good catch! Too much spamming EC NiM lately. 😅 I don't remember how long it took me to get Elite Warlord, it was longer than 3-4 months, but I also played multiple characters & classes back then so that didn't help. I ended up having it on two alts before I quit playing pvp. Had I focused on one alt only, 3-4 months sounds plausible. But pvp was popping all the time, no matter what time of day.
  2. No. Elite Warstalker is pretty much the only title worth anything in the game left, because you can't buy that one.
  3. You can still control your movements even if you get the debuff from the adds: just run against it. If you want to turn right, turn left instead. The character doesn't stop moving so you need to steer it all the time, which is not great with channeled abilities.
  4. Soon they will notice people are doing heroics more than they intended, and the heroics are creating too much credits into the economy and then they will nerf it back and call it a day.
  5. You forgot to add the screenies from pvp and gsf to show the gross disparity. Not that it really matters, because you also don't seem to understand that you need to complete those ops to get any points at all. Uou won't complete HM but especially not MM if you are not actively hitting the correct buttons, while in GSF and PVP you can complete theirs by being afk. Either your understanding of the game is very limited or you are deliberately posting misinformation.
  6. Okay, that is a good reason. And yes, I know I'm missing a some pug endgame content by not being on any LFG channel, but that's why I'm on a lot of discord servers. They are better than LFG channels because I don't even have to be in game to see the callouts and I can easily pretend I'm not there and don't see any callouts, when I'm not in the mood for doing anything. This topic started on suggestion to add a general LFG tab to the game. Someone suggested custom channels. I responded and explained why custom channels are not a good option for everyone and what in particular is the problem with them. You don't see those as problems, so clearly they aren't a problem for you, but you don't get to say I'm making things up or inventing problems that are real for me. If you have to enter a building with stairs or even a few steps, there's no problem if you have two functioning legs. However it is a problem for someone sitting in a wheelchair. Do you go out and tell the person in a wheelchair that they are just inventing a problem? Or do you understand that their experience and point of view in that situation is different than yours. Now imagine that same person in wheelchair saying in public that they have a problem entering the building because there's a step they can't get over, they would want a ramp next to the stairs. Do you start arguing that there is no problem (because you don't have one) or acknowledge that the entrance doesn't work for everyone? Because you're now basically arguing against having a server wide LFG tab (what OP suggested) because "you don't have a problem with custom chat channels".
  7. Okay thanks. I have a vague memory of such vendor, now I just need to figure out which character I used to do the missions with, if it has to be the same one.
  8. I checked mine a few days ago, I was at 480 or something without farming anything, I just raid a lot. So just as I said in another topic, the drop rate is fine. It literally doesn't require any farming at all if you play the correct content. Kinda like with conquest. Pvp and gsf players are getting showered with conquest points, raiders get the blueprints, which is fair. Ideally everyone would get everything they need from whatever content they want to play, but since that is not happening, at least pvp and gsf players have to work for the blueprints and not just get participation rewards like they already do with conquest.
  9. And also level up to 50 to be able to use it for conquest. It's not like you can create a character, not play it at all, and just use rep tokens. Those 50 levels don't come from sitting in a stronghold.
  10. It's valid for people who don't play pvp because they like it, but play it for cqp. For that we can thank BS because there are not enough good conquest objectives for pve. To be competitive in conquest, people need to play pvp. BS wants more people to play pvp but are unwilling to do the changes it requires, so they just toss in random conquest players who don't care about pvp at all. The result is quite obvious.
  11. I haven't tried to decorate Copero SH yet, but sounds like we really need an option to shrink/enlarge our current decorations. It's been so long I really don't remember anymore... Is it a reputation kind of vendor that you can eventually access with every character, or do I need to find the one and only character who's done that serious of quests sometimes in the past?
  12. Incorrect. Yeah I know what his point was, but I disagree because I care about the names showing. He doesn't care that I care, which is fine by me, but it doesn't give him a right to attack me. Just because something isn't a problem for you or him, it's a problem for me. I don't want my logins and logouts announced on a custom chat channel and no amount of personal attacks will make me want it. What I don't get it why are you guys so invested in trying to force me to join a channel I don't want to join? It's none of your or anyone else's business. Incorrect. I know how to join custom chat channels, but I don't know anything about turning off system messages (nor do I care). The people who's streams I've seen haven't turned them off either because I can see their system messages and people logging in and out in the streams all the time.
  13. There is nothing wrong with stockpiling items earned in game. That includes tokens, credits, armor sets, mats, craftables and so on, any item you can think of. It's the same as they suddenly decided that people playing in Revan outfit are over-represented, and they'd decide to remove a bunch of details and change the texture to discourage people from using it. The so called problem would have ended eventually when people run out of them. If someone saved them up and chose conquest over the achievement, they should be allowed to keep them and utilize them as they see fit, especially when the achievement is not on the table anymore. Also nerfing them would have never been a problem (at least not on this scale) if they hadn't changed personal conquest goal from 50k to 100k at the beginning of 7.0.
  14. Who says you have to? There are smaller yields. The conquest rewards aren't worth getting bored and starting to hate the game either. If you are the GM, set it to smaller yield. If you are not, ask the GM to do it. If they won't, stop doing conquest until they will or change guilds. My guilds are on small yield because conquest has been made such a grind. The only reason we still do it sometimes is to buy guild perks, and that doesn't require 5 million points. Even guild perks aren't really needed because we mostly do NiM content and guild perks don't work there. We just have them for crafting. Would be easier to join some other guild for crafting perks, but a lot of guilds have activity rules, minimum conquest point requirements and so on, which makes them not really worth joining. Especially with the restrictions BW set on guild bank access and first week conquest points for new members.
