  1. Still an issue in 2021. The bug report had its first birthday - one year going and not fixed yet. https://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=981571 Even changing instances did not solve the problem. The only way to do it today was to choose the "dark side" and threaten the poor npc into submission.
  2. Coming December this bug will have existed for 3 years. I think it would be only fair to make this decoration available on a reputation vendor. It could have a maximum reputation for Ossus requirement for all I care. But I think this would be easier to implement than to fix a broken legacy achievement.
  3. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen keine Käufe und Verkäufe über das GHN zu tätigen. Möglicherweise sind die Credits oder Items komplett ins Nirvana entschwunden, auch wenn in der Vergangenheit nach einem schnellen Restart die In-Game-Post dann doch noch ankam. Auf jeden Fall hängen sowohl Credits als auch Items bis zur Behebung in der Mail-Warteschlange. Ein herber Tiefschlag für alle Crafter und Seller, die viel über das GHN absetzen.
  4. Well, the issue has really not "suddenly" popped up. If you have been playing on Tulak Hord in the last 6 months you might have already been used to it. We had this problem about 3 to 4 times in this period often during the best playing time in the European evening hours or on weekends. But this figure is what I remember - the laggy server and people dropping offline issues were a lot harder to deal with. Usually a quick server restart with a downtime of about 5 minutes solved the mail queue problem. As a responsible profit oriented company with a sense of customer support one should always have a least one person on emergency lookout and who might even be technically qualified for immediate rescue action - or at least on call and reachable, even during holidays.
  5. Four - change that to six - hours later and still the problem is not solved. And no sign that they took notice of it. I cannot believe they have noone watching the forums or servers or tickets created - at least one person on emergency durty.

Der Server - oder zumindest die Mail Queue - braucht einen Neustart.
  7. Tulak Hord in-game mail server queue seems to be out of order. Bought some items for around 2 million credits from the GTN about 10 minutes ago, still no delivery. The server needs a RESTART - now!
  8. How about a compensation in subscription days? We lost 3 days of raiding in the prime time frame - when everyone is usually online and playing. Instead of fighting operation bosses we had to fight with disconnects and lags, such a waste of time and a real cause for anger and frustration. I cannot believe how Bioware or EA ruins every goodwill they received for the new expansion by blowing it because of server issues. A lot of returning players will leave for good and never come back.

The one for the San Diego Comic Con this weekend is SDCANTINA19 - as it is just a reskin of the already known one from the Star Wars Celebration earlier this year in April which itself was a reskin of the Livestream Cantina flair, this is a little disappointing. A new pet or speeder would have been nice.
  10. If you play a scholar/inquisitor you can use Force Speed, on a commando/mercenary you have the backwards booster, an agent/smuggler has evading roll ability. All of these characters can reach the landing pad in a relative easy non-fatal way to decorate it. Nevertheless it is still not accessible for every character, so an elevator button with a landing pad destination would be quite helpful for everyone - preferably the one that sits on the taxi at the entry point. Btw if you had the Rishi stronghold waypoint defined before the patch, it will now be reset to the entrance platform when you enter your stronghold the first time after the patch and has to be set anew.
  11. Same problem here. Can't log into chars on Nar Shaddaa strongholds - no loading bar, it appears seconds before i get reverted to the character selection screen. The other strongholds are not effected. Please Bioware fix this as soon as possible, the chars cannot be played at the moment. Edit: Here is a solution to your problems. I opened a ticket with customer support and had my chars transferred to fleet. So they are now playable again. The stronghold itself is still inaccessible.
  12. So let's do some math here: As a PvE only player with no love from RNGsus I would need 7 weeks for all 14 slots just for the first gearing step to 252. After an additional period of 14 weeks I would have upgraded from 252 to 258. My first character would be done in 21 weeks - yeah! That's about 5 months just for one char. Calculating ... In about that time my subscription will have run off and will not be continued for this grind - leaving my 30 other toons with old gear. And I would NEVER EVER buy crafted gear from the GTN, the prices will be astronomical. Now the most important question: Is the respawn timer for the world bosses set to 5 minutes or 10? A longer timer like that of dreadtooth in section X would cause queues of player groups piling at their spawn places. As an afterthought: When I heard there will be new gear, I automatically thought it would result in tier V and command rank 400 - a logical assumption. But no, this does not happen. How should you explain this to a new player?

  14. You have asked for it, now here are my 2 cents - without reading all the other 70 pages. Conquest is definitely broken now. Whether it is buggy or this was done intentionally - in a company with a decent quality management system such bugs would have been found and dealt with - remains to be seen. It looks like the rewards (in conquest points) for grouping together were removed: No daily flashpoint group finder reward Daily reward for group finder operation only once per legacy This will have a severe negative impact on group finder activities. <sarcasm> Well, no reason to deal with mismatched pickup-groups in veteran flashpoints anymore. One problem solved. </sarcasm> By removing the daily and weekly rewards for Galactic Star Fighter and reducing the points for a won game to such a feeble amount there is also no incentive to fly space combat anymore. The same applies to ground PvP. Why would anyone group anymore when they receive 0 points for a lost match? In addition to the shame of losing they would also have wasted their time for no conquest gain at all. The new interface needs to be overhauled so that you can distinguish between objectives that can be completed only once per legacy or individually per character. This is really important for daily repeatable objectives. Without this information planning your activities for different toons becomes a gamble. TLDR - Bring back daily rewards for vet FPs and GF ops, increase points for GSF and PvP

When you buy the STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ – Knights of the Eternal Throne – Origin Eternal Empire Pack - deluxe pack version you only receive the 60 days subscription time and once 1050 cartel coins. The product information in the store is misleading the customers. It says and below But as Tina from the German customer support told me, you will receive 1050 cartel coins only ONCE - direct at purchase. The text suggests you would also receive the normal 525 cartel coins via the subscriber's cartel coins grant. This is not the case obviously as I had to learn by negative experience. In an afterthought I am thinking about filing a complaint about the Origin store via the customer protection authorities (Verbraucherschutz-Zentrale).
