4 of the PH4-LNX customizations are on the reward track. The 5th customization is unlocked by an achievement.
The Black Sun Graffiti customizations are rewarded for slaying 500 Syndicate enemies with each protocol droid.

I have filed bug reports about the missing bonus objectives. I hope that this is added to the list of known issues.

I just checked to see if the bonus for "Catalyzing the Conversion" was fixed. I defeated the necessary NPCs, but the bonus mission was not granted.

Been hollering about several missions for Imperial players on Belsavis that are missing their bonus objectives:
"Catalyzing the Conversion"
"Gearing Up"
"Strength of Many"
I slay the enemy NPCs that are supposed to be part of a bonus objective, but the objective DOES NOT appear (in other words, bonus objective NOT acquired). I have been asking the dev team about this and they have not even sent me ANY reply.
Still no reply as of 12/01/2022.

If there is a trigger or a threshold for getting your reputation up, I would personally prefer they kept it private to prevent reputation farming.They should keep any trigger or threshold private.

The bonus missions for "Catalyzing the Conversion", "Gearing Up", and "Strength of Many" (all Imp missions on Belsavis) are not being granted to my Imperial character. I defeat the relevant NPCs, but the bonus missions do not appear.
I have been asking about this for months.

Ilum has Specialty Goods vendors, but they do not have legacy cosmetic sets.
