  1. Jumped on to my Sage for the first time since January, looked at the talent tree and went with the same build I've been using for almost a year. Still mopped up 1v1, still saved teammates, still had the most kills, killing blows, solo kills, medals, and still had 300k damage and 100k healing. All that after the rest of the world has 5 months to catch up and outgear me and when I couldn't even quite remember where I left my stun and lift. So, basically, what is all the whining about? I've been playing a Sage since July of last year, way back even before people were crying non-stop about how OP Sage is in beta. Not much has changed, but some how the whining has gone full circle.
  2. I would. It's Yahtzee. That's as close as you're going to get to a positive review.
  3. I will say it was the best I ever played... in beta. By the time launch came around Bioware had made enough bad moves to turn it to just "good" and now.. meh.
  4. So "all" of the classes in your 50s bracket are "both" Assassin, Sorcerer, Powertech and Mercenary?
  5. Would that be the overpowered Scoundrel/Operative, the overpowered Sage/Sorcerer, the overpowered Commando/Mercenary, the overpowered Vanguard/Powertech or the class this thread is about, the overpowered Shadow/Assassin? Most of my games have reasonably even class distributions.
  6. Well get this, I'm playing a Sage and a Vanguard and I agree with him. They were good for two things. Healing and burst. Now they're good for healing.
  7. Right, and it's not my fault if a bug accidentally gives me fourteen trillion credits. I'm sure that won't stop you from asking for a rollback when I give 10 billion to a thousand of my closest friends and use the other four thousand billion to buy every single item on the AH and thoroughly destroy the economy. It's not about whose fault it is, it's about the long term health of the game. One of the few things an MMO must have is at least the illusion of fairness or people quit.
  8. 10-60 is clearly not something you're supposed to be doing in a day. We're talking about 90+ hours of warzones (not counting queues) where you both win and score 9-10 medals worth of valor. It is also clear Bioware did not intend for a group of Imperials to AoE the medical center respawn point instantly killing every spawn. It was both a valor exploit and griefing, hence the hot fix today. If all that happened was someone gained a few valor levels then it's no big deal. However if people gained many valor levels, especially beyond 50 where the curve is exponential, then we're talking about someone exploiting weeks or even months worth of valor. That is a big deal. If you think I'm going to stick around playing warzones with a bunch of Battlemasters that exploited to get there in order to achieve it legitimately you're mistaken. I'll just take my time and money elsewhere.
  9. So prove it and get a screenshot.
  10. Because alts on the opposite faction and a macro to click the same place on the screen repeatedly is hard to come by.
  11. You can't go around anything when you die within seconds of respawning and there is no option to respawn elsewhere. Try to know what the bloody thread is about before you post derogatory crap.
  12. "Potential issues." Laughing stock of the industry at this point.

    Thank you.

No they didn't. Not on Ilum. Why? These problems were foreseeable and obvious. They were apparent. There is no excuse for this. TL;DR I pay for a product, hire a competent designer already.
  14. Oh stop it already. This is not an "oversight". This is utter incompetence on display. Nothing about Ilum has been mysterious or unpredictable. Even were the turrets not giving Valor it would still be a horrible, broken piece of crap.
  15. Actually most of it came from medals. I get those regardless of how much we win or lose. Wins actually aren't worth much.
