Ich weiß ja nicht ob ich ein anderes Spiel spiele, aber bei dem einzigen Ticket welches mir wirklich wichtig war wurde ich maßlos entäuscht. Das der Kundendienst Ihr eigenes Spiel nicht kennt und weniger Informationen hat als einer der englisch kann und im DeV Tracker liest ist eine absolute Frechheit. Dabei hatte ich noch ein Ticket geschrieben sehr freundlich und sachlich, welches das Problem beschrieb und mit Offizielen Links bestätigt hatte das ich im Recht bin und wieso das was der Kundendienst denckt was richtig ist falsch ist. Aber hat alles nicht geholfen am Ende hab ich noch eine Verwarnung bekommen falls ich je wieder über dieses THema ein Ticket schreibe ich eine Suspendierung oder sogar einen Perma Bann kassieren könnte. Das witzigste daran ist das ich keiner Zeit beleidigent oder etwas ähnliches war und nur versucht habe den Kundendienst Ihr Spiel zu erklären was traurig genug ist das ich als Spieler der sich etwas Informiert mer über das Spiel bescheid weiß als einer dessen Arbeit es ist. Ohne Worte.
