  1. Chapter 2 The First Assassin The plan was simple: using Hope as bait would, in a way, bring in the possibility that she would be killed, but the hope was that she would get caught by the Jedi and the Republic. Whoever this assassin may be, they will not take it lightly. So the Jedi can sense when the assassin is going to strike. So when the assassin strikes, they will, in a way, take the bait. Hope slept soundly in her bedroom; the bed was comfortable, and she didn't feel anything was off. Thankfully, as a backup plan in case the Jedi do not sense them, they got the entire room covered in security sensors in case of any surprises. "Master, I think this is a bad idea," Teheri said in the other room. Obviously infuriated by her master's approval of this plan. "Who knows what will happen to the Senator." Teheri continued. Her master calmed her by stating, "Sometimes people have a different plan, my young Padawan. But we must adhere to this plan if this is going to work. She will be bait, and we will save the senator." "It's too risky." The Padawan argued, and then something happened. While the Jedi were arguing, the assassin, a female Rattataki named Krissina Ventress, had stationed herself near one of the windows into the bedroom. She was about to strike, but before that could happen, the Jedi felt a disturbance in the Force, knowing that the assassin was about to strike. The Jedi lept in the way of the blaster bolts, using their lightsaber to block any attack on the Senator. Hope woke up with a start as she witnessed the assassin trying to kill her and the Jedi valiantly trying to defend her. Then something unexpected happened. Two more assassins, a Trandoshan and a Human, smashed through the living room window to take the Jedi by surprise. This was unexpected but not impossible. She first used the stun setting on her blaster to stun the Human male, and then the Jedi Padawan took down the Trandoshan. Finally, the Assassin on the roof plummeted into the skyline of the speeders that were racing across the building, and she perished. Obviously, Eslo had deflected the last blaster bolt back at the Rattataki, but then she saw that was what she wanted; Hope had the feeling she would be back. Eslo seemed improved his technique from the last time they spoke. The Jedi then started to interrogate the remaining assassin first using the Jedi Mind Trick, but then, as that was going nowhere, they said they would take him back to the Senate Building for an interrogation. "We will be back in case there is any more trouble." Said Eslo, his calming voice allowing a small smile to escape Hope's lips. 'What is this feeling?' she thought to herself. She then said so abruptly that even startled her. "Eslo." She then paused and said, a bit calm this time. "May the Force be with you." Eslo was shocked but smiled. Hope could almost see a blush escape him. "May the Force be with you, Senator Organa." This might be the last time they would speak in a long time, at least until the war is over. Little did she know, they would speak again very soon.
  2. Chapter 1 The Capital Coruscant, the heart of the Republic, Hope had dreamed of one day going to Coruscant as a Senator. Her people were willing to enter the fight against the Sith Empire. She was one of the few in the Republic that wanted to bring change to the Senate. The Republic, as it stood, was a beacon of hope, which was her namesake. As the ship blasted out of Hyperspace, she saw a fleet of starships as well as Coruscant. It was more beautiful than she ever imagined. Skyscrapers are so high that they light up the planet's surface with their energy; as they made it to the planet, she saw that there were construction projects in progress. This was unexpected; she knew about the battle of Coruscant, but she didn't know that the Jedi Temple was attacked so severely that it collapsed. Her parents knew that she would inspire the people of the Republic with her words the moment that she was found to have great empathy. Her oratory skill and political acumen showed that one day she might make even Supreme Chancellor, though she did not want that power. As she knew all too well, power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. As they got closer to the spaceport, she noticed that two Jedi were going to accompany them. This is probably in case of any trouble. However, she knows how to defend herself, as she was nearly assassinated for her political beliefs. From that day forward, she would learn to defend herself with various weapons. Including her signature blaster pistol that she would use as a last resort in case all other forms of protection were gone. She also knew Taras Kasi, a form of Martial Art that can be used against force wielders. Thankfully, she wouldn't have to use it on any force users today. She then heard something: a clearance for docking control. "Aurek Bravo 1 here to deliver the Senator, request permission to land." the bodyguard on her right then said, "This might take a while, Senator." She understood the Republic's regulations and procedures, but she also understood that the Jedi would be right there with them. She had met Jedi before when she was nearly assassinated; the Jedi were there. She knew that someone wanted her dead. And she wanted to find out who. It turned out it was the Sith Empire that wanted her dead. Though why, she did not know. Finally, docking control allowed them to enter; as the Shuttle landed, she saw one of the Jedi; he seemed familiar somehow. Though she could not figure out where. The other Jedi, a female Twi'lek who seemed younger than even herself, however, was entirely unfamiliar to Hope. 'Who are these Jedi?' She thought to herself as the shuttle landed with a thud. She then stepped out of the door and finally saw who the male Jedi was and was surprised it was one of the Jedi that she had met before. He was five foot, nine inches and a quarter in height. He had brown-colored robes, dark brown hair, and deep blue eyes and seemed this time to be much wiser than the last time they met. "Senator Organa, it has been a long time. I believe you haven't met my Padawan Tiheri Costra." "Eslo Anderson, it's been a long time. Thank you for meeting us." The young woman seemed to be like a younger version of Eslo himself in terms of personality with an arrogance that can be tempered with the right teacher. Eslo can be the right teacher for her. She was escorted to a penthouse apartment where most of the other Senators were; some of the Senators she agreed with. Some of them whom she disagreed with. When she arrived, she saw a beautiful room with light blues and greens all around, and it seemed like Alderaan. Then Hope asked a very crucial question: "Why are you here exactly?" Eslo gave a deep sigh. They haven't seen each other in years, ever since they were young. "We are here to protect you, Senator. We believe someone is trying to assassinate you." Hope couldn't believe it. Yet again, someone was trying to assassinate her. But this time as a Republic Senator, "The nerve of..." She then noticed she said it out loud, and she gave a deep sigh. "When will they try to assassinate me?" "We don't know," Eslo responded with a deep concern. "That's why the Senate sent us here." He seemed to have matured a lot since they last met. The last time they met, he had an immaturity not uncommon within youth. But now, it was entirely different. She sighed once again in relief, but she will need to be prepared; she always did. "Perhaps when this assassin is caught, the true extent of this plot will be revealed. Now, if you'll excuse me. I'm going to bed." She walked toward the bedroom. Then she thought of something, she said to Eslo in a very confident manner. "Eslo, come inside. I have an idea."
  3. I think it would be separate rooms for each character.
  4. Nice work, keep it up, You're really gonna go places!
  5. Well, you make a good point, the German-Language VAs and the French-Language VAs both have their unions, so I think that they might not need to join SAG-AFTRA just to be able to join the Union that is within their country.
  6. What do you think of this @SteveTheCynic
  7. Hey, I found out that SAG-AFTRA doesn't care about where the casting calls take place as long as the actors eventually join SAG-AFTRA. So can there be open casting calls for background NPCs? I thought of that as being a good way of bringing in new talent and not having to get the alien language voices all the time. I just thought that this would be a good way of bringing more actors to SAG-AFTRA. As long as the actors get a Taft-Hartley agreement with the actors. It should be fine. We need to get into the action, there's Joshua Waters, Minh Toh, Belsheber Rusape Jr, and others who are SAG-e.
  8. I think the Echani would be a good race to follow because they are so close to Humans and since they are a race first introduced to us by KOTOR 2. It would make a lot of sense given that it would take no voice modulation for the Echani, it would take little effort to add them, and given the lore of the Echani in KOTOR, they would be perfect to add to the game.
  9. Hey Broadsword, Whenever I get into character creation I don't hear the sound that I would usually get within the creation screen for when I pick a faction. Is anyone else getting this? @JackieKo
  10. This is a great idea, I would love to see an RP instance for different locations and no enemies except those in the RP. It would be cool to see how this idea goes.
  11. Anyone from Missouri who plays this game. Check in
  12. Exactly. I love doing that kind-of roleplay; I think bringing that back would be a huge win for roleplayers, as they can do things there that weren't in-game. Also, that kind-of roleplay is really fun, as you can have your own roleplay with others without necessarily being interrupted by other roleplayers who weren't a part of your roleplay, to begin with. They can ask to join in and be a part of roleplay as long as they follow roleplay rules and guidelines. This type of roleplay can also involve canon characters with the devs if they want to join in with some of their own original characters. The stuff with that kind-of roleplay is nearly endless, so if we bring that back. We could have a lot of fun.
  13. I love doing Forum roleplay; it is a brilliant way of doing roleplay while not in-game. If we bring it back, I'm sure a lot of people will use it to a great degree.
  14. I would love to play a Republic Spy. That would be cool
  15. Hello, SWTOR fans I’m excited to announce that this is my very first fanfic challenge. I would like you to remake the entire knight of the fallen empire expansion. With your character whether they are a Jedi, Sith or anywhere in between. However I have one rule, your character must be able to speak basic. Other than that just remake the expansion as you see fit.
  16. I have a problem with the companion character for this one. It's minor, but it's due to the one in question not being able to speak Galactic Basic; this is a little critique, but I felt it necessary to let you know. I felt that he could have picked up Galactic Basic somewhere.
  17. Chapter 1 A few months before the rescue of Eslo from Imperial captivity, Sarina was summoned to the office of Special Forces, to the newly made head of Special Forces, General Var Suthra. She walked in and saluted as soon as she arrived "At ease, Lieutenant. I have some bad news for you." She did as she was told and stood at ease. But secretly, she was terrified. 'Something must have gone wrong, somewhere.' she thought to herself. "Jedi Padawan Eslo Anderson has been captured by Imperial Forces here on Coruscant. Somehow they have infiltrated our ranks, though to what extent, we don't actually know." Shock was plastered on her face. She could not believe it, they had been friends for a long time. How could he have been captured? "Did we get any security footage?" She wanted to stay as professional as possible without trying to think how this could get any worse. Var Suthra pointed to the holo display on his desk. It showed Eslo entering and then she saw what were clearly Sith Intelligence operatives coming out of cover to take Eslo down, but Eslo was ready. Deflecting each shot in rapid succession; Eslo was an expert in Form 3 of Lightsaber Combat, Soresu. She was told about the technique by his master Menthas Organa. Eslo was five foot, nine inches, and a quarter in height. He had brown-colored robes and was described by his master as confident in his abilities but lacking the wisdom to allow the full power of the Force to flow through him. As another master put it, 'a Jedi Knight was a Jedi Knight in all respects' and he was not ready for the trials to become a Jedi Knight. But this Holo-Recording shows that he was capable; there may be that there was very little that could be learned from his master. Then it showed after 25 minutes of countless blaster deflections in the recording, a blast of force lightning as the recording showed circled around his body nearly killing him and then putting him into unconsciousness. It showed a Sith Lord garbed in black hovering over Eslo. She couldn't get a clear look at him. "Take him away." barked the Sith in his deep commanding voice. Then the holo-recording ended and Var Suthra then said "This mission is highly classified since you have a friendship with him, I thought you'd like to know." "The Sith in the recording, sir." Said Sarah in revelation "He sounded familiar." Var Suthra sighed and then said, "It may be because that Sith was Menthas Organa." Sarina gasped, Menthas had turned against the Republic? How could that be? He had been fiercely loyal to the Republic... unless he had been betrayed by the Jedi and was left to die, but Eslo rescued him from that affair on Mustafar years ago. Could that have been what drove Menthas to betray the Republic? "We believe that he was a Sith spy for a few days but now it appears his true allegiance has been revealed. We need you and a team of SIS agents to infiltrate the facility holding Eslo and rescue him." Sarina had a long pause and sighed. "What about Menthas? If he gets in the way, it could cause a real problem." "That's a risk you're going to have to take" Replied Var Suthra. "And it's not like you haven't trained yourself to stop force users." It was true, during her youth, she learned how to use the martial art of Taras Kasi. Which is the only defense that non-force sensitives could employ against force wielders. Var Suthra ended the conversation with "As long as Eslo is alive by the end. The Jedi Council will be happy with the result." She then said with clear humility "Yes, sir". They both saluted and she walked out of the room.
  18. I could see the new expansion for this, but that's about it, like SteveTheCynic has said it would cost tens of millions of dollars just to get this under way. If you work in a game studio who is a current partner of Lucasfilm Games only then can I suggest you send this to their attention but only as a new game.
  19. I was thinking of him being hired to voice a main story character, even a new companion character in the main story.
  20. Hey Jackie, I am recommending a voice actor today. His name is Joshua Waters, he's SAG-e so you won't have any trouble there. He recently has been in the film Inu-Oh, where he plays the title character, he also played Wally West in Death Battle which is what he is most well-known for. So definitely recommend him, if you want to reach out to him. You can contact him through his agent at CESD Talent, so yeah, again I just thought I'd recommend a voice actor.
  21. I think there should be a single-player version of this game after this game ends. It would be a tribute to the fans and prove that this game would be good even without multiplayer.
