  1. I agree, especially since I have been locked out twice now in less than 2 hours. This is completely ridiculous. And you wonder why people leave the game?
  2. And some more suggestions, though these would help in more than just a sith stronghold: Seated Personnel (way to seat personnel?) - Surely they are tired of having been standing for a couple of years by now? Z-axis: Add a vertical component to decorations so that they can be set at different heights off the floor (i.e. model ships, personnel to stand on things, etc.) Hard to make a ship battle diorama anyplace when they are all on the same plane. Holo Toggle - Way to choose whether a companion is shown as a holo or not, rather than it depending on whether or not the toon entering the stronghold has the companion. Better yet, make any thing that logically might be a holo toggle-able (Pets, Mounts, Companions, Personnel, etc. - think advertising). Floor Holoprojection Node - Like was done with the holo trees, or maybe just add appropriate floor hooks to the options for Holoprojection Device. Again, a Z-axis adjustment on a companion, and ability to toggle holo mode would help here. Holoprojection Device - Add toggle ability to make them seem to be projecting a holo (the ray effect) for something like a holo companion placed in front of them (again, reason for holo toggle).
  3. Here are some suggestions that could make decorating easier: Sith Apprentice - We had a padawan added to personnel, where is the sith apprentice? Shelves - We really need more than one version of each shelf, just so that all the shelves don't look the same when setting up multiple matching shelving in a room rather than a hodge-podge of different types of shelves... 4. Taunling (Bought from Galactic Command Light Side Vendor) - Shows a box in the decoration list rather than showing the Taunling that is placed as a pet decoration.
  5. I always expect *Insert random person here* to treat me poorly. People by nature, are geared towards things they find make them happy, and that includes making others miserable. Personally, I try not to let it cloud my perception of anyone new I meet however. Its one of my major complaints about MMOs, having to rely on other people to get all the content. There is a reason I am only in 2 MMOs, and one of them, I dont even bother with the multiplayer aspect cause I really don't feel like taking the chance on a PUG. I have found PUGs to usually be an annoyance, and quite frankly, finding one that goes smoothly always seems like a miracle. My last one, for instance, had a tank zerging the FP without giving anyone time to heal. **Giving Bioware a disapproving look for implementing content-levelling and forcing me into more groups for certain content** Should you as a gamer have to deal with that AND people being, for lack of a suitable term that is socially acceptable, "jerks"? No. Is there anything that can be done short-term to fix the problem? Again, unfortunately no. Having said that, however, I have to say that giving up on a game due to "jerks" is not acceptable either. Ignore, report and change servers are not the whole solution, and can never be the whole solution. We all know that on some level, but we can only use the tools we have available to us. Additionally, what happens to the next person? Could you be the difference between them meeting someone nice, trustworthy, and helpful? Giving up the game to the trolls is not a solution for anyone except yourself and should never be considered a viable option. Ultimately, decent players need to stick together and make the game enjoyable despite the "people" who only want to harass others to make themselves feel better. Personally, I pity "them" because they are cutting themselves off from opportunities to have an enjoyable interaction with someone new.
  6. And, very sadly, please add to the category of decoration with glitches, the brand spanking new: Dynamic Underworld Ceiling Light (Yellow) - Holo sign around the outside of the light clips through the light itself when turned on, its fine when turned off
  7. How about some of the craftable ones, like the Elegant Modified weapons or Custom-built ones (Elegant Modified Lightsaber, Custom-built Lightsaber, etc), now that the tunings are collectible? Additionally, it would be nice if the first saber crafted in the storyline on the forge had a tuning slot as well as all the classic vibroswords (Classic Double-Bladed Vibrosword, Classic Lightweight Vibrosword and Classic Vibrosword).
  8. Yes, I can see how you would think that. While I am not the OP, I would like to thank you for being condescending about the search box, but I have a question: Why didn't you make a condescending post on the other duplicate threads about the search box? And yes, I have previously posted in other threads pretty much what I have said here. Why? Because it increases the chances of someone on the development side to actually see it and consider it. Maybe they should consider that if multiple people are thinking and posting the same things, that it would be a good idea to listen as well. Again, thanks.
  9. I would love to see them added to collections, it would be the biggest quality of life improvement in the game. The alternative would be to give it to crafters to be able to make them (weapon tunings to armstechs, dyes to artifice, maybe even some armor effects?, reasons to craft again...). Maybe I am just jaded, but I don't see them doing it and removing a cash-flow from themselves. The best thing they could do though, without killing their "golden cash cow", is make a module you could purchase from the cartel market that the crafters could then use to create these things. Maybe add schematics for weapons tunings to various locations (FPs, OPs, etc), schematics for dyes to locations (see previous), or something even simpler - just put it in the Item Modification Station where you can choose color combinations or the weapon tuning and make it relevant again.
  10. Doesn't matter to me. Why, you ask? Because the only tuning I have was given to me for free for a trivia question or some-such in chat. Until they are made collectible or are otherwise easily obtained without pack-diving or spending millions on the GTN, I can't be bothered with them. They are nice, but poorly introduced unless someone is in a "must have one!" state of mind. Might have been nice to see them introduced into a flashpoint as a end boss reward or something. Maybe have had them retired every so often and created new ones instead of them being pack only.
  11. Different Shelving. Actually, its more than just my sith stronghold missing this. Are we really supposed to only use the Basic Tools Shelf for generic shelving? I realize that generic shelving is crass and totally uncalled for in such a ultra-post-modern-futuristic (from the past, no less) location, having never been used any place on any of the worlds or in any of the FPs, Ops, Storylines, etc. The gemini pack at least finally added some other shelving in that didn't look like specialty containers for specific items. Unfortunately, the Droid Parts Shelf, while having the same shape and form of the Basic Tools Shelf, it is much smaller. Consequently, If I am going to put more than one shelf in an area and would like them to match (and which are readily available to everyone who wants them), I am stuck with... wait for it... just another second... a Basic Tools Shelf. Which begs the question: "Why am I putting the same items on multiple shelves while leaving lots of space on said shelves?" Can't we at least have 3 or 4 different yet size/shape/form matching shelves?
  12. I agree. There are not enough of the various personnel decorations in general. Some more types/variations of the current ones would also be useful. The reason I haven't collected more of them is that its hard to put them in place how I want them. It was nice when the personnel would also stand on things instead of fall through them - I had a nice "Speeder Repair Station" set up going using the Science Station (Field), a small speeder and a "technician" in the form of one of the personnel decorations standing on the front edge for a while but then they started falling through the Science Station (Field). Another reason to actually have a Z component on decorations.
  13. Please add to this Desler Mounts that have their thruster effects floating in the wrong spot unconnected to the mount. Specifically Desler Nomad, Desler Turbo, Desler Avenger Additionally, shouldn't the Desler DS-4 have a pulsing effect on it's thrusters? And while fixing things, maybe allow any toon to add Mounts/Pets to a Stronghold rather than only the ones that actually have it once one toon gets it? I hate having to go get another toon just to put something that fits in my stronghold because a different toon happened to unlock it unlike other decorations.
  14. What I would really like to see... Is a Sith Apprentice Decoration of some sort, and if you implement it, PLEASE do not make it some gold level decoration in a pack...I am tired of scrounging for extra creds just to buy the one interesting thing from a pack that someone puts on the GTN for multi-million down payments, assuming I can find one before the resellers up the price 5-10 times what they should be cause its the ultra-rare-super-cool-gotta-have-one-to-be-in-the-in-crowd type of thing. We have the Meditative Padawan, but it doesn't fit my Kaas City Apartment. Where is the Dark Side love???
  15. It's well past time for the dye system to be updated in you ask me. Honestly, how stupid is it that my artificer can make black and red, red and black, blue and black, black and blue, yet I cant craft black and black? That doesn't even make any sense. Obviously it is a ploy to pull people into buying dyes off the cartel market, rather than any attempt to make crafting a useful part of the game. There is only one problem: THERE ARE NOT ANY DYES CURRENTLY FOR PURCHASE! and quite frankly, I am NOT buying cartel packs just for a dye...in fact, I don't think I will be buying cartel packs again at this point, not enough return in them in my opinion. I have enough creds to buy what I want off the GTN as long as I stay away from the dyes... Even if they just bothered to sell a custom dye module on the cartel market that could be changed to whatever colors you wanted at a mod station, it would be a major, incredibly useful change that would a) bring them more money since people could buy them on demand, and b) get rid of the credit-****** for specific colors on the cartel market - I'm currently looking at black/black dyes selling for 30 MILLION AND UP and the white/black starting at 19+ Million. How bad is it that the Secondary Dark Grey Dye Module is selling for 17 Million? There are 15+ pages of dyes selling for 1 Million or better on the GTN. The only dyes selling at a somewhat reasonable price are, of course, those that can be crafted or no one really wants...go figure.
