I think that it would be better if we could use the new Vent heat (Recharge Cells) no matter what the heat level (Energy Cells level) is.What you think about it fellow Powertechs/Vanguards?

Hi, I don’t know if it’s just me but I have an issue with Energy Burst ability. Many times ,when I use Energy Burst with 4 stacks of Energy Lode, my heat increases but the Energy burst ability is not used and of course doesn’t do any damage. If I keep using the ability only my heat increases, no damage. I have to use 2-3 other abilities and after this it works fine. Anyone else with the same issue? (Sorry for my poor english)

I heard few people saying that a PT/VG nerf is on the road.Anyone else heard something about this or just fail rumors? (hope so.love my PT )
