Was wondering what are the must have, or recommended utilities for MM or SS specs. Are these trees still even viable in PVE? I do not pvp nor am I a progression raider so I'm a bit confused.

I don't care if we get a freebie, I don't care if the patch to fix the bugs comes in March, I just want a damn update. An acknowledgement from BW that the problems are being fixed, that a solution is forthcoming. The amount of rage, vitriol and down right frustration can all be alleviated if we simply had better communication as to what's being done. Are the bugs being worked on? Is there a possible ETA on a patch? Is the ability lag, bugged fights and other gripes being given the priority it needs? And a question I know they will not answer, what went wrong? Was it a lack of quality testing? A problem from when the Xpac went to live? Could an OPEN Beta have helped or a larger stress test?

Are you serious? Granted they were alot more communicative in 2014 but so far in 2015 they are failing. And failing hard. The SWTOR Community Team is by far the most unresponsive, silent, and worst team I have ever encountered. The total lack of communication on bugs, the "super secret" nature of any updates and the fail that is the Community Cantinas. Let's not forget the completly useless Dev streams which did nothing but show that the team doesn't even play this game. Ugh I'm ranting. TL;DR: 1/10 troll post and if it isn't then good on ya.

I had a Naga for over a year until a sudden static discharge killed it. Excellent mouse but after some Googling I discovered is very prone to static. I am currently using a Logitech G600 and loving the damn thing. A word of advice, don't spend more that $100 on a "gaming mouse". Unless your a competitive MOBA player there is really no need for DPI switching or any of the other market speak of tech specs. Really just find a mouse that feels comfortable. Go wireless if you can (so nice not to worry about a cord). Look for one specifically for MMO's (they usually have more buttons on the thumb side.) and most of all KEEP THE RECEIPT and REGISTER the product. In case they break its cheaper to mail in a defective one than replace them. Oh an 1 more piece of advice. Avoid "gaming" mouse pads. Absolutely worthless and contribute nothing to your game. Especially SWTOR. Hell I've used the same free mousepad I got from AOL since 1996 and haven't noticed a problem.

The problem with SNL is the problem I feel effects most comedy shows that start out edgy and then, well become institutions. Look at the Simpsons, South Park (not as much) and even Family Guy. The push the boundaries of comedy to the breaking point and then at some point become shills of their respective networks. SNL was great when the concentrated on truly funny characters and imitations of pop culture. Now they seem to just through darts at a wall hoping for something to stick. I remember when most of the performers where funny in their own right either as stand up comedians or improv actors who worked well together. The current cast seems to me to be more individualistic and more competitive to get screen time rather than get laughs. I blame this mostly on Lorne Michaels for not recognizing that he no longer has an eye for talent or comedy. His time as the ringmaster is far past over and I honestly feel that SNL may only have a limited time left thanks to YouTube and viral videos.

I am an experienced HM raider looking for an imp guild that does HM runs or is more active after 11 est or on Saturdays and Sunday's. I work nights so I'm usually unable to make any ops during prime time. I bring HM experience (pub side) and a laid back attitude. Would also like to get into progression raiding if possible.

I believe you fail to see my point on that. It's not game breaking. Just makes the bragging rights of "Server/World" First a moot point which is important to some guilds.

I know the reason BW thinks that having a closed PTS is acceptable is the preservation of the story but I think that reason is not good enough. Hear me out. A select few individuals will have the chance to see exactly how Disiplines works, before anyone else. A select few will see the Ops before anyone else. BW has already said that this will include Progression raiders. Let me explain why this is unfair and unwise. No NDA will keep a progression raider from using what they know from the closed Beta to help his guild/group from clearing the Ops before anyone else has a chance to even see the Operations. This makes any "Server First/World First" claims null and void since those teams will be made with members with an unfair advantage. Same thing with Disiplines. BW can put just that aspect on the PTS and allow your theorycrafters, your game breakers that you worry about the chance to see the new system, point out the problems and the exploits before it goes live and BW has to do an emergency patch to fix them. BW you guys should know more than anyone, that in your history, every time a patch, even as big as SOR is introduced WITHOUT an open PTS something breaks so bad that an emergency patch had to be issued. TL;DR: closed PTS makes for an unfair advantage for progression and will cause more problems than "preserving" the story may solve. My solutions: 1. Open the beta to allow everyone a chance at seeing the new Operations and realize that those who want the story preserved can make their own decision about whether to test it or not. 2. At the very least open Disiplines only to the PTS to allow more people to test potential problems and give those with concerns a chance to set their minds at ease.

I would almost suspect a DDOS attack considering the timing. But of course I see that any time my "video" sites are down as well.

Hey I'm sitting here playing and noticing that the server (Shadowlands) keeps going to really high lag and then booting people ( I luckely just get a red x) anyone else experiencing this? Edit: Seeing that this is game wide now. Any theories as to why? Especially with tonight being the end of a conquest week?

Hi, I have been around since just after release and have 3 geared 55 Pub toons as well as 3 ungeared 55 Imp toons. I am looking for a new guild that still cares more about Operation progression than conquests. Not saying that I'm looking for one that doesn't do them, just one that won't put off a raid because of it. I am available on the weekends and during the day during the week. I work nights and am not available until after midnight EST. I have cleared and am experienced in HM DF/DP as well as TFB and SnV. I would like to get into NiM raiding if there is a guild or group that runs on Saturday or Sundays. Ok so thinking of giving RP a shot. I have been playing for 2 years on Shadowlands and am hitting a wall in what I want to do in game. I'm looking to roll a toon this server but would like to join a guild that will help me do the RP thing and learn the what to do. Make that almost a year with no fix. For the love of God BW, how hard is is to fix bugs, SMALL BUGS that are over a year old?

I rarely talk via VOIP. The reason is I married a walrus that thinks talking over Mumble or TS is weird. Although I tend to log in to listen I often respond via guild chat. Mumbles Text-to-speech function I love for allowing me to type in the VOIP chat to guildies not in the same faction or on non-guild alts. The only time I ever find it an issue is when members of the raid go to a private room for an "officer's meeting" during ops thus missing out on instructions or strategy. It also annoys me when PUGing. At the moment there are 3 popular VOIP systems, TS, Mumble, Ventrillo and to a small percentage Razer Comms. This means I need to have 3-4 different programs installed on my computer for different guilds. This is not something I want BW to fix because if the did do a in-house VOIP system I'm pretty sure they will FUBAR that up like every other system they have, just would like a community consensus as to which program to use. Like a "Welcome to SWTOR. Download (VOIP) here to be on of the cool kids."

A little about me, I have a 55 Sentinel and Gunslinger. Both in 180 gear with my Slinger in some Arkanian for the 4 piece set bonus. I'm looking for a guild that runs HM/NiM Ops on the weekends or one that will help me with end game pvp. I have Imperial toons at 55 as well but unfortunately do not play them so they are undergeared. What I bring to a guild? Consistency on playing, I play every weekend so I am always here. A certain level of maturity when it comes to politics such as loot, listening to raid leaders and advice/criticism. What I expect from a guild? Adults only. A tolerence for humor in chats. Some sort of VOIP, room in a progression team, and flexibility with raid schedule ( like I said, I'm only available on the weekends.) Willingness to help new pvpers out with gear/specs and questions without a "thats my secret" mentality.

Ok so I've been doing alot of pvp lately after in between pve runs and I have a few questions. I'm in full 180 gear augemented (think thats like 76's) with set bonus. As for PvP gear, what am I looking for as far as set bonus, stats? Is 0 crit rating still the way to go? Is it all power mods/enchancements after you hit 110% accuracy? Should I buy all the Professional gear then min/max or is it field tech? HELP! I hate gear...make my brain hurt. As for spec, I'm still using my 36/3/7 build I copied from Dulfy.

Ok I just got done doing the FP's on Pub side and I noticed something. Although BW did a great job of bringing him to life the neglected to include his bracers he just has on a pair of gloves.. I unfortunately never read the comics but I did read Annihilation and a quick Google Image search shows that he does appear in comics with them. My questions are : Is this this intentional? Did Theron Shan lose them at some point? Does anyone else care or have noticed this?

Ok so I haven't played my jug tank since 2.0. With that I need advice as to what to concentrate on PVE gear wise. I've been using Noxxic for stats but is that still a good reference? Also what relics should I use? Can anyone point me to a good guide as to quickbar/hotkey set up?

Update: Bought some better gear at the advice of guildies. Namly 1 relic and some gloves. Please have a look and let me know what you guys think link

Ok I have managed to scrap up what I think is decent gear thanks to some great rolls on TFB, S&V, and DF 16 mans and thanks to those I now have lots of ultimate and elite coms. My problem is I don't know what piece of gear to buy. I roughly know what stats to look at but no idea if I should replace a bit of my 66 gear, or replace one of the 69's. Also have no idea where to get the BiS relics and if I should even care. Please take a look at my build in Mr. Robot and give me some help! Link to my gear.

Ok so I have a 55 Sorcerer Healer in mostly 69's, a 55 Jugg tank in crap gear and a 55 Jedi Sentinel in crap gear too. I am in desperate need for a guild or progression team in order to gear up and experience HM/NM content and actually complete the flashpoints. Im asking on the forums because do to work and school I cannot play during the week. I usually play on Friday and Saturday nights. Do to an evil wife who thinks everyone in this game isnt real I am unable to speak on voice chat but can hear people so I can do what needs to be done.
