  1. Hey Sinrai. What you are seeing is the discount currently existing on the live servers. There is an achievement on the live servers for equipping two Legendary implants at iLevel 330 (it may be a different iLevel, but if I remember correctly it is 330). This achievement unlocks access to lower cost for future Legendary implant purchases/upgrades - which is 2,500 Tech fragments. So currently on live, the cost is 2,500 Tech frags (with the 330 achievement reduction). What I’m assuming happened in your case… Since achievements don’t copy to PTS and you immediately went to the Legendary implant vendor to check prices prior to equipping two Legendary implants of iLevel 330 or above, you hadn’t yet unlocked the 330 achievement and were being shown the full 6,000 Tech frag original cost. Once you equipped your 334 Legendary implants you were given the 330 achievement and granted the cost reduction to 2,500 Tech frags that currently exists on live. So I would say what you’re seeing is expected based on what is currently on the live servers. I believe the issue is that no further cost reduction occurs once you are granted the iLevel 340 achievement (cost still remains 2,500 Tech frags).
  2. On PTS the inventory sort option of "Sort by..." (a.k.a. no sort option chosen) has been removed and no longer exists. This means that your inventory is either compacted, re-sorted, or otherwise manipulated each time you open the inventory window. So if you want to offset items at the bottom or middle of your inventory, you can no longer do so as they will get re-shuffled the next time your inventory opens. On live the inventory sort option of "Sort by..." exists and is used as a default. People still have the option of picking the other sort options if they desire. Please restore the inventory sort functionality of "Sort by..." as the default like it exists currently on live servers.
  3. Hi. What were you being charged? I was seeing opposite results when testing Legendary Implants. I found that there was no discount applied before (not expected) or after reaching the two 340 Legendary Implants equipped achievement. In both cases (before and after the achievement) I was charged 2,500 Tech Fragments - which is the same cost that is currently on live servers.
  4. Legendary Implants cost remains the same (2,500 Tech Frags) after unlocking the 340 Legendary Implant achievement. In 7.4 there is an achievement for equipping two level 340 implants. It was communicated in the livestream that once this achievement is unlocked, future Legendary implant purchases/upgrades would be cheaper. This is not functioning properly on PTS because after unlocking the 340 Legendary implant achievement the cost remains 2,500 Tech frags (same cost as currently on live).
  5. Hello, The Galactic Season 5 'Unyielding Armasaur' mount is supposed to be available for purchase from the vendor Ki’at Thavo for 3 Galactic Season Tokens. It is currently not displayed or available for purchase (at least for subscribers). This mount is not part of the free or subscribers season tracks and the only way to obtain it is via purchase from Ki’at Thavo. Please implement the fix to allow the 'Unyielding Armasaur' mount to be displayed and purchased from Ki’at Thavo for subscribers and free players. Thank you.
  6. Eric, Keith, Charles, someone - can we please get this addressed and emergency fixed? We're going into week 4 of HM GftM being bugged. That's right, for nearly a month your latest and greatest premier PVE content has been bugged. How about some urgency on this matter? You knowingly let the bug persist for two weeks deciding not to decouple the fix from the non-gameplay fixes and then you botched the intended fix. You've effectively shut down progression raiding in more than a few isolated cases. This should be an all hands on deck issue. The face of your product's Operations content isn't working properly and it garners so little attention while fringe/non-gameplay issues with strongholds and decorations had the development team working through the weekend. I don't get it. You tried to fix the issues with 5.9.2a and failed - that's rough, but okay. Last Wednesday when the fix was identified as ineffective I would have expected the team to be grinding away to do whatever possible to get a proper fix in that same week, yet we didn't even receive an update for the remainder of the week. Again, this is your company's calling card for 2018 SWTOR raiding. I just don't get it. I can't imagine any other triple-A title allowing their top end PVE content to sit in a bugged state for a month. Is this a commentary on the studio's commitment to this game?
  7. Hello Alex, Thank you for sharing the information about PVP changes coming in 3.3. I have a couple of follow-up questions I was hoping you could address. Will the XP and Credit rewards increase also include an increase to valor gained in a warzone (at roughly the same percentage)? With the removal of ranked warzone comms, when 3.3 arrives will existing ranked comms be converted back to regular warzone comms at a 1 (ranked) to 3 (regular) ratio allowing the warzone comms cap to be exceeded for a period of time?   8. Hello all, I'm looking to gather information about which guilds from both factions are planning to compete in the new Guild Conquest Events when 2.9 goes live. I would like to compete in the Guild Conquest Events, but that won't be possible with my current guilds. The first prerequisite is for guilds to own a Guild Flagship. My feeling is that a decent number of guilds will purchase a flagship. Beyond that, it sounds like the guilds with the best chance to compete in the conquest events will be those with the largest player base actively participating in the weekly events. This is where I think the number of guilds able to compete will be narrowed down to a handful. I would just like to get a gauge of which guilds are planning on competing weekly for the top guild spot. The general information I'm looking for is: Guild Name/Faction Number of Characters Number of Members/Number of Active Members Approximate Number of members planning on participating in the Guild Conquest Events Other relevant Guild Conquest Event information In game contact information for those interested in adding members
