  1. I always thought leveling up was for RPGs anyway... isn't this more of a fashion show game?
  2. I'd play but only if I could have my Dark Jedi Enforcer back or was I a Jedi Sentinel? Can't remember if I switched sides...you could in that game you know
  3. Wonder if Anakin had to pay BioWare $$$ to change to the dark side? lol Isn't that a BIG thing about Star Wars? I mean Jedi are supposed to try to turn Sith to the light side? Ohhhh not in this game, they attack you on the spot.
  4. Well besides all the bug fixes and game engine performance tweaks to make the game run and load faster, I'd love to see -More mount variety. Maybe planet specific mounts like tauntauns on Hoth etc. -Player housing. Either SWG style or LOTRO style. Don't see the need to customize our ships seeing NO one else can see our ships. Unless of course we'd be allowed more then one person aboard the ship. -Non-combat classes! Oh yeah. Everything in this game doesn't have to involve combat does it? -More races of course. I'm holding off making a smuggler because I want to be a Rodian smuggler -Dual spec! I know, I know WoW didn't have dual spec when it launched....but times change you know, my first computer had a monochrome monitor I sure wouldn't buy a 2012 PC with one
  5. That's nothing, why just yesterday I purchased Risen 2 on the Xbox...
  6. I die lol and get full ammo after I respawn
  7. My Bounty Hunter would be played by Rowdy Roddy Piper My Sith would be played by Lee Van Cleef
  8. Credits are like any other currency, just because someone has millions doesn't mean every other person has that much. I guess that's why milk and bread isn't $200 But it should be because money is easy to get for some..... right?
  9. Bad? No, but getting visibility before finishing your template was a bad, bad idea
  10. Hmmmmm now that I think about it, I've re-rolled in this game WAY more then I did in SWG -and SWG made me re-roll twice during perma-death lol
  11. Honestly? No I wont. I don't care if its free to play or pay to play as long as I'm having fun I'll stay. And after 3 months I am finally having fun
  12. Well if its going to be pay to win, I sure hope not, but if it is. I have my wife's credit card on me now, can I just buy my gear and get it over with?
  13. Well Gamespot's twitter just said SWTOR is going free to play this fall
  14. Most people understand that, I was hoping, get it hoping, it would be more like SWG and less like WoW. Hell the Sith Warrior is copied so much from the Warrior in WoW its given rage instead of force SWG wasn't that impressive of a game but at least I could do things I wanted and go where I wanted. I could literal go to any planet I desired and quest/grind -You can't do that here, every single class goes through the same planets one by one while BioWare holds your hand. And most planets feel like you're traversing through a maze to get from point A to point B. IS that what you like in an MMO? SWG had some of the lamest NPCs ever! But at least they moved! NPCs in this game don't even do that, BioWare seemingly placed 90% of mobs in this game right smack dab in the middle of the road, a road which you have to travel to get places because they box you in. And what are those mobs doing? STANDING there. And every single thing in this game is about combat.. At least in SWG I could take a break, relax in a cantina while talking to friends only 2 reason to ever go into a cantina in this game, to log out so you'll get "rested bonus", I wonder where they got that idea...not from SWG , or to buy social items But I suppose I'm a noob because I want more from an MMO besides get to top level and mindlessly grind for gear. Rinse repeat every single patch and expansion
  15. We're not customers, we're merely a replaceable $15/month... don't forget that
  16. Why do you think BiOWare paid 1/2 billion dollars for voice acting? So people can kick you for taking the time to listen to it, that's why.
  17. The only similarities I see in SWTOR and WoW are for every 45 minute, cliche and slightly boring quest I do in SWTOR I get the same amount of XP i get picking an herb in WoW
  18. That my Marauder would be more of an errand boy then an actual Sith
  19. Hard to believe people hate sandbox MMOs, I guess they really love running through a maze every time they need to go somewhere. SWG wasn't that great but at least the enemies in that game... moved
  20. I've wanted player Padawan's ever since I had a Jedi in SWG and my wife unlocked one during that village junk lol We did RP it though. Although she made me switch sides and I can't do that here Still a good idea
  21. Two and a half weeks left on my subscription and no I wont be re-subscribing. I can't even bring myself to level in this game for some reason. Class quests are good... but the rest? No thank you -would pay extra if I could skip them and have my class story level me up to 50 lol
  22. You're lucky, my character feels like Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon whom couldn't beat 1 battle droid at times. You may be idolized but NPCs see me as an errand boy, sure a real Sith would force choke an incompetent Imperial officer whom cant do his job... but my Sith? Just kisses his butt and does his job for him I feel more heroic playing Lego Star Wars
  23. Whats the point in playing both? They're about the same to be honest. WoW, SWTOR or Barbie fashion show they are all about the gear
