Honestly, a bit of information about this would be nice. :/ They haven't given any updates for months and this year's not getting any younger. Any ideas on how we could go about this in a good way which won't make us seem like spoiled brats? Because it really feels like we've waited forever T-T

EXACTLY MY POINT. For my future BH, I don't really fancy Mako or Torian as my love intrest. :I Like the characters, just don't want le romance with them. But I can't let my poor BH be forever alone either! ><

XD Also, one thing that I'd really be grateful if it was added, (just so the moderators can't say I'm getting off topic XD) the same number of potential companion love intrests for all classes. Some only have one option while others have two :/ I think all classes should have two males and two females. Some already existing characters that aren't available could be used for this, some would need one or two additional options. ... For additional male love intrest for bounty hunter I vote for Gault. >_>

I want to have "crew quest" at the end of the existing questlines for each class in which you and the rest of the team go to Nar Shaadda for some serious party rocking.

I don't think they'll want to risk the rainbow nerdrage that is likely to happen if companions who become available for SGR are unavailable beause you've already gotten a too high affection level with them. But just to be on the safe side, I'll personally avoid playing any more on my SW now that I'm gonna meet Quinn xD

I want devaronians. They'd be easy to get into the game and they speak basic and even sound like humans. Same with chagrian. Both already exist in game... I'm gonna go mainstream here and say togruta and nautolan too. I really want kaleesh as well. All of these could work with the existing voice acting for each class, they'd simply need to be adapted more to the game. And I sure could go for a devaronian sith

I think a lot of people would be happy to see new, more Star Wars iconic or at least more alien-like playable species. There are plenty of request-future-species threads to look at to see what people want here. And I am seriously not one for much pvp myself but if there was pod racing on Nar Shaddaa or Tatooine I WOULD BE SO THERE. Great idea! One thing I was thinking about though was that they should try and talk to the players more. Ask us for feedback on different ideas! I'm not suggesting they're not capable of doing their jobs but it would give them an idea on where they stand with the fanbase. It would also be nice to recieve more of an awnser to our requests and/or opinions than the occasional "we've heard what you said". Elaboration would be very appreciated. There are plenty of good ideas hidden in the threads of the suggestion box. ^-^

I don't think we'll actually get wookies, trandoshans or jawas personally, it would be a lot of work :/ But I WOULD like some of the other less human species to become available, a lot of them can speak common it's just unusual in some cases. I mean devaronians, togruta, kaleesh, kel dor, chagrian, mon calamari, nautolans, nikto, voss, weequay have actually been seen and interacted with in the game, and all of these had characters that could speak common. I would really like it if all of those became playable because I can see pretty much all work with the existing voice acting to at least one class. The animations, gear adaptation and in some cases female models would be all that's missing. My personal favourites are devaronias, nautolans, chagrians and togruta.

Alright, just to get back slightly on topic... I was thinking. They HAVE made hints torwards making already existing companions available for SGR, right? Well, let's say that this is however NOT restricted to available romance options - which ones would you all want added? Just out of curiosity ^^ Personally I want Zenith, Rusk/lord Scourge and Gault. Hell, the latter I don't even care if it's available for both genders, I just want a romance with this guy XD

I doubt that's possible, you'd have to find him something else to do then xD You could try giving him a toolshed, should keep him busy for awhile.

I wonder when they'll add this to the game... I've got my hopes on 04, but I don't really know. Oo I'm kinda scared to level up my gay/bi characters just in case I might miss my chance XD So it's really affecting my gaming. Silly I know but my poor little pureblood SW just can't do girls. They give him an inferiority complex because he worries they're more fabulous than he. XD Ah well. Nothing new here, just felt like I needed to add a bit to the discussion and keep the thread going!

For reasons already listed, I don't think we'll have less humanoid options. Doing the entire voice acting from1 to 50 is... a lot of work, I have no idea how many lines would even need to be recorded, must be somewhere over 1000 lines... And they need to do this for future story too. But I do think we're likely to get togruta, in fact if we don't I'll eat my boots . Cathar are a likely addition as well, and perhaps voss. Narutolan I'm not sure of but many seem to want to play one (myself included) so perhaps. They'd just need a bit of work for headgear. Same with devaronian headgear, don't know if anyone other than me wants to play one though XD This also goes for chagrians. Blast it, I want a chagrian so badly. Maybe a nikto too...? Oh, but I'm getting way ahead of myself here. Point is, these could actually work with already existing voice acting. So these are in my head the possible candidates. And I want them ALL. *Greedy*

I have yet to stumble upon a thread like this, so I felt I had to add one. It seems like we'll get some new species to choose from sometime in the future, according to recent Q&A. This thread will be dedicated to discussing future possible species and to let the developers know our requests and share ideas. So which ones do we want to play, and which factions and/or classes should they belong to? We do afterall have a few to choose from so what do you folks think? Any ideas?

But I really would want more info about it! >< Like if there will be previously romancable companions available, old non-romancable companions, new companions or a mix of all three? And if we get new romances, will they be SGR ONLY or will they be bisexual options?
