Would be nice to have another DXP event. Any idea on if we may get another as i would love to roll a few more toons with opposite gender then my current ones to experience the story from a different angle so to speak. Playing the planet quests over and over is very boring would like to have a way to skip alot of the side quests and keep going without having to back track.

For now the kickballers will be doing Solo ranked every Saturday at 6pm PST(9pm est time) until the queues stop coming. We hope everyone will join us and have some fun. Is there a reason why i spent close to an hour in solo ranked Queue without getting one single match. BTW i was in Q during main hours for the server. This isn't going to be very fun if i'm always having to wait this long just to not even get a match in.

the Q may work like that now but still with so few healers and tanks still will leave a lot of people waiting for a match won't it?

Did anyone stop to think that with 80% of the players playing are DPSers. So that means alot of Players are still going to be stuck in long queues or end up in unbalanced teams with like 3 dps and one heal vs 2 dps with a heal and tank.

^^ Using your server as the norm for what ranked is like for other servers shows that you have put no thought into anything sorry if that's offensive. Lets be real every server is going to be different then others take mine BC we are a RP/PVE server so pvp shouldn't even be that big a deal yet we have a good ranked scene going on. We have over 90+ people(those that have registered with the ranked website) that come together just to do ranked, and these players are not all in the same guild. From whats being said about the pvp servers they are popping ranked left and right as they should be since they are a pvp server. What doesn't make since is that people who choose to play on a RP or PVE server cry that they aren't getting ranked pops. These players choose a server that isn't catered for Ranked, yet they cry for ranked. If you wanted to do ranked you should have joined a PvP server in the first place. If RP and PVE servers want to do ranked they should get off their collective butts and build a community for it like BC did. Lets be honest about something else as well Ranked 8v8 isn't being removed cause they aren't being used cause we all know that the pvpers are most certainly using them on the pvp servers like they are designed for. They are being removed simply cause bioware doesn't want to work on ranked 8v8 they want to push the 4v4s more. Now i know Arenas can be fun as its told that other games are doing great with arenas, but those other games have other modes of pvp as well including larger type battles. Bioware is only limiting its options and going to seriously hurt its pvp community. This is biowares game though so if they want to slap their players in the face its their choice to do so.

Couple of friends pressured me to try 2.4 for a bit more and still no dice. I don't get the nerve wrecking, hair pulling, and palms sweating action like you get from 8v8 ranked. Don't care what anyone says there is no stalemate in 8v8 ranked. There is only a winner and loser. 4v4 just makes the grind for ranked coms easy for whiners if you ask me. I, personally, like to earn my stuff like gear and such. The more you candy feed players the faster they will get bored of the content in my experience. If i am not mistaken a bored player doesn't not spend money on the game do they?

Well after spending a few hours in arenas i have found that they are fun at first, they become boring the more you play them. No real strategy is needed. Its just who kills the other teams healer first. Losing 8v8 ranked for this is seriously a joke.

I'm always down for running ranked. What days and times would you like to try this as i will need to see who from the All-stars team can make it. Can't be on Wednesday or Friday as those are kickball nights, though you guys are welcome to join in. Just be for warned that we try to balance the teams, so new players to ranked can get a feel for whats going on and what strategies work in ranked. The fact that you guys kept Queuing up shows that your team is learning and improving. Don't quote me on this lol, but like Zu said the more you play together the better you will get. Me, personally, I never see a loss as a bad thing i always think of things i can improve on and on how i can improve my synergy with the team. No matter what type of match I am in, I'm always watching my teammate not just too heal them but to figure out there quirks and moves so i know what to expect from them. Hope to see you guys in more matches.

Can the map rotation please be fixed each day i ending up playing the exact same map the whole night. I'm currently in my 14th Voidstar in a row.

Hope you realize that a 4v4 maps will just cause problems with gimmick teams like say 4 healers, or 2 tanks and 2 healers. This type of arena i think isn't going to be that much fun if teams are like that. They will have to be solo queue only as if you let teams do it you will see a ton of gimmick matches. Don't get me wrong i have been waiting on new pvp maps since like forever but i would like to see more 8v8 maps something different to look at you know.

I like playing the james bond themes while I'm on my lower lvl ops. Something about it just fits perfectly lol.

Though we did start up a bit early, it was a blast. I hope we keep having turn outs like this. Just shows how good of a community BC is.

I will be on for tonight's kickball but was also hoping it would be a bit earlier as that is getting late for us on east coast side.

I got about 4-5 friends who love PvP and would probably be willing to join us for doing kickball. Though i think a few of them can't make it to weekday events cause of work, but i know they would come to the Friday and Saturday ones if we do some then. Also a tip if you will on another game i play(won't name it as its not proper to do so on another games forums lol) the entire community from the server i play on got together and rented a huge VoiP server which has worked fantastically for PvP and PvE combined. I would be willing to pitch in on this if we want to do something like it. Also there is a new alternative to paid VoiPs. Raidcall.com has a very very nice program thats just as good as most other VoiPs but its 100% free to use so that is also an option but I'm willing to do any.
