  1. I think you don't understand what the word "implementation" means. It means what was actually coded and released.
  2. Both items are in agreement. In the Guild summit video the statement was that SGR was not added originally due to time and budget constraints and that was the implementation. Implementation means what was delivered to the customer. The video implied that SGR would come with new story and that they were not going to go back and change the existing story. There is no conflict between the written statement and the video. What? It would be a crap-pile of work (costing then lots of time and money) that lots of people would never see.
  3. What? CCs are given out on the basis of your payment date, which is the day in the month that you started your sub. CC are only given out at the start of the month for those that pay at the start of the month. Mine arrive on about the 22nd each month.
  4. Accurate Translation: You did not understand the deal that most people did manage to understand. We are sorry that you made that mistake.
  5. No, it was a poor choice of words because its obvious that people like yourself can twist out a meaning that does not match BWs intent when making the statement when that meaning is obvious when taken in conjunction with other statements made at the time. BW were very clear that the CM would be used to provide the bulk of future additions of cosmetic "content" while subs would get playable content for free in game updates.
  6. Wrong. If you really want to be accurate about what was said then the quoted text does not state that subscribers will get future game features for free it states we will get future game updates for free and we got 2.1 for free. Note the significant difference between these: "unlimited access to all game features and future Game Updates at no additional charge." "unlimited access to all future game features and Game Updates at no additional charge."
  7. No you don't. You got 2.0 for free, what you have to pay for is RotHC which is classed as an expansion and not an update and was released with 2.0.
  8. No we don't. Threads like this are a perfect example of why they can't be more open. Anything they say will be taken out of context and twisted by someone to support an accusation that they "lied to us".
  9. That paragraph does not say what you want it to say, according to that paragraph they have given us what they said we would get. As subscribers we do have access to all game features and we have received all updates free of charge. There is a difference between access and usage of things optionally provided by a feature, that fact is obvious to reasonable people because if you claim those statements should allow us to access absolutely everything that is provided by a game feature then we should be able to use the CM without paying CC. Taken in conjunction with the other statements made around that time (which you must do) BW were perfectly clear that playable content provided in updates would definitely be free for subscribers but that most purely cosmetic things would come via the CM. In 2.1 they provided purely cosmetic things via the CM.
  10. You can get companion affection in any mission not just the class ones. A lot of choices can give you a -1 penalty or a reward between about 15-45 for general conversations. On all of my characters most of my companion affection is gained on world missions.
  11. Why would I cancel? 2.1 gave me more choice than I had before, it certainly did not remove any single aspect of the game that was already worth my monthly sub.
  12. Which is 100% your personal opinion. I like the UI elements of SWTOR. Its not a shoddy graphical design its just a design your do not like.
  13. I get 600CC a month as I have a Security Key and I don't have a smartphone (I run the SK on my PC). That would be enough to get the Cathar unlock even if I did not have CC saved up.
  14. That is not how it worked. You just selected one piece of armour and dyed it, you could not select what part was dyed.
  15. Most? So you have seen posts by over 250K people then? You should say "Many of the forum posters".
  16. No, it does not apply to the situation at all. That quote relates to how things look, if they suddenly changed the in game appearance of toys then you might have a valid complaint. You spent money? I got all my toys from the GTN for less than 10k credits each (most under 1k).
  17. I do. I earn 100CC a month just by typing in a number each time I log in.
  18. I have 5 level 50+s, all of them pretty much entirely done solo. If you are having issues I would take a look at your gear and compare it to the sort of results you would get by buying mods from the Quesh planetary mods vendor, you (and your companion) may be undergeared. Its only the Heroics 4+ (and some of the 2+) missions that you cannot solo (unless well overleveled) if you have equipment appropriate for your level. In addition credit costs are reasonable for me, every character I leveled is always able to buy everything they need and their credit balance is always increasing.
  19. Nothing in that interview was a promise and it was made 11 months ago before F2P arrived. He did not mention Cathar at all in conjunction with Makeb so where was this "advertised". So its seems we have arrived at your complaint being one of you only hearing what you want to hear even when later statements change things.
  20. And there is your first error. The devs NEVER PROMISED that he Cather would be a free update or that it would come with Makeb. No they weren't. They were promised playable content such as Flashpoints and Ops for free. The devs were very clear that cosmetic content would mostly be via the CM.
  21. Nope. 2.0 introduced changes for everyone that were nothing to do with RotHC. Only the changes above level 50 needed the purchase of RotHC.
  22. You are ignoring the group that spends dollars between those values. Lots of people will drop some money on the game now and then.
  23. The classes, and their skills, are mirrored. The only real difference is in names and animations in almost all cases. So a Jugg and a Guardian are as equal as its possible to be as far as the character classes go.
