With Bioware being on this kick about wanting our former apprentices to have broken their leash and become independent leaders in their own right, I think its time to roll in a new set of students for all force user classes with our return to the empire/republic war. And I'm not talking about a character you have one conversation with and they follow you around. No, I'm talking about characters that are invested in the story like the previous vanilla ones were. My Sith Lords especially need their apprentices to carry out their bidding, threaten their enemies and enforce the law of their power base. Yes, I know there is Lana. And yes, I know Lana is a force using underling. But its not the same. Lana is a sith lord helping of her own volition, not a student for the pc to guide and mold.

I never understand why people feel the need to go out their way to emphasize to others that no one cares about their problems. Thats a horrible thing to tell an upset person that no one cares about their problems and they should just move on. You're just compounding negative emotions on top of negative emotions, escalating their state of alarm instead of deescalating it. It's attitudes like this why we are so divided as a people now. People need to have empathy and understanding for one another. Not everything is about solidarity and thick skin.

It's real easy to preach about getting over something and moving on when it's not your problem or your personal loss. I'm sure if you dropped 20 bucks on some cartel coins for items, lost them and someone told you to just get over it and move on, you would have a whole different outlook on the situation. But to have that kind of perspective, you have to have this thing called "Empathy" for others.

Someone who values their monetary investments and would like proof of purchase for their personal records. Like those who keep receipts of every purchase ever made for through the year for when tax season arrives. It is far more odd not to gather some type of proof to prove a transaction happened since the cartel market gives no purchase receipts.

You can't gauge a persons initial reaction from a complaint. By this time they have already exhausted their avenues and are frustrated and upset, so of course that's going to come through in their post. Patience after all is finite. Doesn't have to be instant, but there definitely needs to be a time limit. Disconnected players who aren't coming back are dead weight and prevent people that actually want to play from joining when you have 'special' situations like mine yesterday.

I think I phrased it wrong. I don't mean the second one d/c they get kicked. I mean after a set time they d/c like when one is afk. As for kicking comps, I haven't tested it yet but I'll try it out.

Another thing tho was that I still wasn't able to kick the d/c tank even when I was the last active player in the instance because according to the system "Not enough players to initiate a kick vote." I, right now, am being held Hostage in Red Reaper by some UGH non English speaking healer. It's just me, him and our over 40 min disconnected tank in group who left at the beginning of the instance. The tank won't auto leave party and he refuses to vote kick the useless tank, so I as party leader, can't que for more people. To make matters worse, this guys undying comp kept drawing Darth Ikorals force lightning and he refused to move it behind the apprentice shields as the mechanics dictate. I kept screaming "PUT YOUR COMP ON PASSIVE AND MOVE IT BEHIND THE SHIELD!" and "<-----, ----->" but this piece of work just kept mindlessly shooting at the immortal Ikoral, leaving us in a perpetual undying limbo. and to make matters worse, I'm on an xp timer!!! I got tired of it and killed myself by fall damage. Now I'm just waiting afk outside the final boss room waiting for him to get bored and just leave so I can bring out my heal comp and finish it myself. Which from the looks of things doesn't seem like its going to be anytime soon as he just keeps perpetrating the same failed strategy. Fix this problem Bioware!!! Put a auto kick timer on Disconnected Party Members!!! Nobody should have to suffer through this gross incompetence.

Anything less is bad writing. One can't join the Empire and not fight for its ideals and advancement.

One thing that always annoyed me in Kotfe was how my Dark V Jedi Knight with millions dead in their wake and atrocities that would give the Dark council pause on their resume was always referred to as 'Jedi.' It would make me cringe every time I heard it because that was something I hadn't been for a very long time. I liked indulging in War, Tyranny and indulging my passions just like the Sith. So it occurs to me that if said 'Jedi' is going to be running with the Empire and fighting alongside Imperials, Sith and Sith Lords, they need to be styled appropriately as Lords of the Sith themselves story wise. No more of that 'Jedi' nonsense. I've turned my back on the republic, Jedi and their order to fight with the Empire. That needs to recognized going forward at least in the story when other characters speak. I'm not asking for display titles or anything like that, just some story line recognition of what I really am. I am not a 'Jedi' working with the Empire and fighting alongside Sith. I'm a turn coat Imperial Sith lord fighting alongside my fellow sith for the Empire.
