    If you want blue armor just run Black Talon for the chest and put higher lvl mods in it.

    Sweeping blasters' best use in pvp is clearing an area. Let's say a few melee are ganging up on your teammate, simply lay down sweeping blasters (assuming dfa is on CD) and watch the little roaches scatter, thus saving your friends life if but for a few fleeting moments.
