  1. HUmm, rakata earpieces and implants, interesting... hours of gameplay ahead:)
  2. But what the point of doing daily, if, at 50, you can easily do Flashpoint (with recruit gear) and start having some columni stuff. Last toon I did, totally skip Illum, Belsavis ect.
  3. I don`t know if it`s because of the new patch but something... weird happens. Playing with my friends, doing the end quest for Chapter 2 on the jedi knight, 3 players total. We ended up giving up the quest because it was damn too hard. Epic sith assassins was appearing everywhere, even 6 at some point. Impossible to speak to the captain at the end because of those sith. We left the jedi alone and he was able to finish the quest alone, but damn... they are not joking when they say enemy reinforcement arriving.
  4. War leaders set is designed for tank but I don`t find the bonus to be that useful. Can`t remember what the vindicator set does? In any case, it will only take a couple of wz before I am up and running in full bm gear. Thx for you`re input.
  5. Yeah you‘re right, at 100 comm and some per wz, it can go quite fast. Jus tot have to accept being beat down for a while, got to keep that guard up ;-)
  6. My tought process was along those line as well. Many small bonus > one big bonus. Main hand tought is mighty tempting...
  7. Hi There! I am nearing the all important lvl 50 bracket for pvp and I have 2000 comm but I don't know wich gear to buy first. Should I go with the low price gear first, so to have more or should I go for the big one, mainly weapon or armor? Of course, recruit gear will compensate for the rest. I am a jugg-immortal and looking for the warleader set Thx you
  8. Voidstar, we attack. I wrote in chat "everyone go right". The match start and I am the only one who goes right! After saying to myself "what the..." I realize I was going left side. Some teammates, seeing me going left decide to backtrack and follow me. End result... total destruction.
  9. Ranked warzone would indeed separate the good, the bad and the ugly and therefore, provide a better suited experience for everybody. But, from what I am reading, getting into a WZ is hard enough as it is, so to divide the players pools would make it a lot harder getting a game, unless they merge the server. In any case, on my server, taro blood, I have no difficulty getting a wz.
  10. I wrote a while back (1-2 month ago) about my first pvp exp. and I said that I wasn`t sure If I wanted to continue seeing my noobness on the matter. But some people convince me to try it again and don't give up. Well I did, and here are my toughts. First - PVP is fun but after doing 3 or 4 time the same warzones during a gaming session, with more or less the same people, it kind get boring. Adding some new warzones would be a great addition. Second - I PVP with two toons, one a commando assault spec and the other a juggernaut immortal. (Neither of them have hit the 50 mark) With the commando, I am a wrecking machine, always top 3 in damage dealt and I have no difficulty doing it either. Why, simple answer, my range give me an advantage as I can attack before the ennemy even notice I am there and second no matter my facing I do damage everytime I attack (click on the ability) quite the contrary with my jugg. With the jugg, I have to be more concerned with what is going on and my attack doesn`t always hit the mark, but it is easier to farm medal. Just guard the person next to you or the ball carrier and voila! What I like is the fact that I can last longer in battle than my commando, wich is cool. Third - Going solo is not a way to go. 1v1 = 50% to die (in some case 100%) So I learn to target the same guy as my teammates. I spot those who are low in hp and go all out on them, maybe it`s cheap tactic, but hey, it`s work. I never engage when I am outnumbered, doing so is suicide. Fourth - Everything goes a lot more smoother when there a leader. Someone to tell the others where to go or what to do. When someone speak up, and make sense, I follow them. Fifth - I am a proud PUG. My friend don't dig PVP so I queue solo, hoping for the best. I know a lot of people here bash us PUG and/or are too happy we exist but still I don't mind. I play with the best of my ability and understanding of the group/warzone and so far, no one as ever complain. I will continue to PVP because my jugg is nearing his 40 rank valor and I have 2000 comm, just waiting to be change. I am eager to discover the high-end pvp with the top players. If I find it too hard or too serious for my taste, I'll just quit PVP with my jugg and start again with an alt. Au plaisir
  11. Haha! Better to admit my mistake, than bolster my lies Thx you for you`re answers
  12. I was in the middle of a highly epic voidstars, where body were flying left and right, artillery was bombarding our position, lightning was crashing everywhere, and little jimmy, stomach open and guts spilling, was crying for his mommy. (It`s always sound and look epic in my head:p) Anyway, I am a sith jugg immortal lvl 41 pve gear except weapon, and I was facing a lvl 10 trooper (don't know what class) So I tought to myself, hey easy prey, boy was I wrong. That little trooper give me a run for my money, he almost beat me... twice. I fought him 1v1 . I had 31 lvl more than him and yet, my hp where less than 10% after our fight. So just wondering... whazz'up with that!! Can gear make that much of a impact in pvp?
  13. So it was you!! God damn it, I should have know. I'm kidding of course. When I pvp, with pve gear mind you, win or lose, I don't care, I do my best and have fun. If someone yell at me in chat, I shrugged and move on, I have bigger worries on real ife
  14. Thank you for you're response, guess I am a bad commander after all I didn't quite understand the skill needed for each mission but oh well, more destruction, more fun:D
