It isn't always easy but I found 3 players wanting to wrap this mission up by asking in general chat. But it did sit waiting for a few years in my log.

Sorry if I'm late to the table on this one but as a casual player, I'm kind of lost on new gearing. I'm a strictly PVE player and mostly run solo. Just due to my casual play schedule. Can someone help me with a link to a gearing guide that worked for you?

I'm not a programmer nor do I claim to know how they do what they do but every one of my character's customized appearances show up in the cut scenes......isn't it just a skin inserted to the scene? Couldn't a new race be placed the same?

Solo. I'm too casual a player to do operations or join a guild. Never was much for pvp in any mmo so yeah, solo for me.

Ive had some cutscene crashes that bring me to the load screen recently. They last a few seconds and im back to normal. Just an annoyanvr but it seems to happen often.

I loved that mission! So many other wastes of data to delete. Lets protest to restore that one.

As far as both games go, I find things I enjoy about both. Its hard to replace the community that SWG had though. Guilds seemed far more interactive than what I have experienced in SWTOR. That may or may not be everyone's experience though. I do remember times when grinding out skills whether they were crafting or combat where guild chat alone kept me entertained as I worked through the skill boxes. I actually appreciated not having levels in the original SWG. Kind of seemed a bit more realistic. If you didn't know what the other player had, fights were far more challenging.

So, Im trying to run the Revan missions and I have one that wont allow me to start it because somewhere along the way, I failed to finish my class missions? I need to run "Number One With A Bullet" but have no way to get the mission. Did I delete this (probably waaaaaaaaaaaay back when I got this toon to 50) and now cant restart it? I looked up some guides and they say to use my ships holoterminal and then travel to Corellia's orbital station. Wasn't sure Corellia had one. Any help is appreciated.

I would group in other MMOs to grind out XP. This game isn't geared towards an XP grind. The storyline missions give you enough XP to level. The game also gives us a companion to help (for what they are worth in some cases) with leveling. Other than the social aspect of grouping, which honestly isn't overly necessary, there's little to be gained. Now, if you're trying to learn a role in a less demanding setting such as tank or healer, maybe 2 person heroics or basic storyline questing is a good idea but for so many reasons already me tioned, I pass on "buddying up" for the basics.

Ahh. Gotcha. So if opposing faction guilds would (and were able to communicate) and arrange these sort of things, then there's a segment of the player population that would be into it. If that occurred more often, then maybe Bioware could implement a game mechanic that might be affected by the outcome?

Isn't that really what PvP servers are for?

Can someone clarify exactly what everyone is asking for when they complain about a lack of open world PvP in the game? Sorry for such a noob question.

43, retired military and now in my 2nd career in Human Resource Management and while I'm not as hard core a player as I'd like to be, every chance I get, I'm in game, leveling forgotten characters, and enjoying.

Maybe set it as an unlockable legacy option after you've leveled one character on each republic and imperial side?

I understand your point about the legacy perk. I agree there but the holo statue wasn't free so the pre-order folks did pay for it. Dunno, just seems like it has potential for future use if done right.

I don't see the purpose of needing to train the free skills. Just grant them at level up. This just keeps a pointless step in the process. Prior to free training, some would opt to not train a skill (speeder piloting 3) due to cost. Maybe turn him into a respec vendor?

Every MMO will have the unofficial "Beggar" and "Ninja" character class. It is sadly unavoidable. It is just one factor of being able to hide behind the internet. I recall a great quote from my SWG days: "Common courtesy tends to go out the window in an environment where you wont get your ***** beat for you actions." Pretty much sums it up.

We have #1 with the new teddy bear companion. #2 is kind of in the storyline depending on which class story you play. And #3 is in there but not with our sister so that may alter us from the movies.
