  1. While I agree that a segment of players failed the game. I am an asia - pacific server player, from opening and can no longer support the game either. Good luck, loved the game, moving on to populated worlds.
  2. Basically, many people from servers that still have warzones popping would be happy with punishing leavers, vote kicking by majority or do not consider warzone leavers to be their issue.. People with servers already below the critical mass line would probably prefer people in the queue, so that warzones actually pop.. If you are in the first group, drop back in a few months and let us know if you have changed opinions.
  3. A shame that none of your team had the ability to "pull" them to the pit, a pull in mid air can drop them in the pit.
  4. I appreciate the local servers are actually local. I have supported SWTOR mostly due to this local server implementation. BUT I am unable to justify continuing paying monthly fees to "wait" 30-40 mins for my preferred playstyle options to pop in prime time. Good luck with the game, I will hang in 4 more weeks for some solid info.
  5. Signed. I enjoy SWTOR but without a merge/cross server,or at the very least communication, I am done paying.
  6. If things were totally fine as is, we would have a few million more subscribers. Good luck in whatever worlds you play.
  7. I am not really sure but; If the people asking for it might then resubscribe instead of leaving the game, then I am for it. The current lvl 50 gearing system is NOT keeping enough in the game, virtually anything that keeps players gets my vote.

It is good that some people defend the gear gap as not an issue. It is good that those same people have fun with their recruit geared characters, or do well with them. A shame that the subscription numbers show a different story. Do not argue semantics regarding which skills are affected by gear and which are not, none of it matters if people refuse to play due to perceived or real gear issues. We either need more people who enjoy the current gearing system and are willing to subscribe because of it, OR We need to pay some attention to those who dislike the gear gap and would be willling to subscribe if it was removed.
  9. I once again ask for the 120 degree cone to be facing backwards not forwards, I want to get people off my back not front. This should be very easy to arrange considering where most of the changes were drawn from....
  10. be very careful , even if you are speaking a blatant truth, this is very close to attacking the competence of the team.
  11. Not all people who ask for gear to be removed as a factor in pvp are bad. Not all people who say it is currently fine are just protecting their right to roflsmash newer players. Get over yourselves and work towards saving the game. We need either fun or gear or vanity items that actually attract players. Regardless of your opinion, Currently we are bleeding players. I would suggest making the path to augmented BM less painful and leaving WH as is for those that need gear progression as a drawcard.
  12. the good thing about this thread is the light humour. I will often try to solo cap a node when instructed to "go mess with the other team". Normally I will try a walk up cap to see if they are awake or a sap and cap if they prove to be awake. The first one is funny as they turn around only when node is lost. The second one does the job for my team if they called you out and you now face 3 + defenders as the entire idea was to gain an advantage somewhere. If they deal with you quickly 1 v 1 you have actually been of negative value to the team, such is life.
  13. Basically they need an unbiased person such as myself to moderate the forums and ban trolls. But then again I likely would have received a few infringements from myself had this been the case.....
  14. there are players who do not care less about winning a warzone, some of these will even abuse anyone who calls Incomings or hands out directions, regardless of how polite they were. This is just life in an mmo, you have a few choices including; Just laugh and play on to the best of your ability, or Write down the players names and spend several years making their lives a misery across as many games as you can track them. Possibly best if you go with the first idea
  15. basically, the most common way to cap a node is to draw away the melee defenders. While this is usually done by simply moving them out of range of the node by "being out there" another legitimate tactic is to get them to jump to you and then a stealther pops up and flips the node. This is also identical to my assasin, using his "pull" to draw out a defender, scream to ban that as well. This is also identical to my guardian using push to move a defender out of position. This is identical to a sniper walking in behind a distant melee and going into cover to flip. The defender is out of position. nothing more nothing less. If they were in position, there would be no issue.
