It's nice that you come out and say this finally. but i dont see a reason why you couldnt have just taking 1 or 2 minutes of the live stream to talk about this instead of timing out and banning people just simply asking about NiM R4. communication is never a bad thing

even if it does have like a 13 second rate limit it's still gonna hurt IO. cuz ur probably gonna run into situations where you overcap on superchage and that's just ass. Healers are gonna have the same problem since they're already swimming in supercharge. they should just keep it the same and give it to arsenal as a passive

i play jugg in nim raids all the time and it does perfectly fine. there are very few fights where its not good

Only thing i care about is how they ruined the Running Rapid Restoration tactical. Being able to use med probe while moving was really nice. AMP is instant most of the time i use it so the tactical is worthless.

I don't like how they changed the Running Rapid Restoration tactical. The whole reason i used it was so i could be move mobile and have a reason to use Med Probe.

The change to this tactical is pointless and ruins the purpose of the tactical. Most of the time my Advanced Medical Probe is an instant cast when i use it, so it being able to be cast while moving is pointless. Allowing for Medical Probe to be used while moving was really good because is makes Commando/Merc healers even more mobile. So i don't have do lose out on healing someone when i have to move while casting Medical Probe. Plus the additional healing is nice too. So yeah, this tactical should be changed back to how it was.
