No, this game is mostly just a single player game that other people also happen to play, and usually those people just ruin your experience because they're idiots. Sadly, this game is thoroughly in the crapper, and there's no way to play it and afterwards NOT feel like a turd.

In a sweeping change to game balance, the "Unsub Button" ability was taken from Operatives and given to Sorc/sages.

Dot spec PT's are capable of stupid burst and fluff numbers. Result, plenty big highest hits and sorc melting burst, coupled with a constant stream of damage coming through the dots. Bioware couldn't balance a sheet of plywood if it were laying on the ground.

Because you don't need to have the perfect AC/spec to enjoy yourself, or to be competitive.

Pretty simple. Ranked requires minimum expertise rating on gear, advanced class chosen. What troll is going to go to the trouble to fully gear and then toss the match? At least he then has to fully "pay" for his right to troll.

Increase supply of materials used to make aug kits, decrease price of materials, decrease price of kits.

I think it's because of the PvE carebear mentality. People play PvP against other real live people, get beat, and think they were sposed to get participation trophies, think that they should be able to learn a script, think that it's not fair for "the boss" to be harder or have different mechanics each time. I liken PvP to a PvE boss fight - for a full 15 minutes, every time you enter a warzone, with random mechanics that you need to learn on the fly. Many can't handle the stress. This makes people rage, and wail against a wall. "PvP is stupid, this is why. Blah blah OP Nerf Exploit Hacks". Nobody's willing to admit their own shortcomings... Except for this guy apparently.

What server do you run on? Given your attitude, and your (I assume) maturity I'd be happy to run matches with you.

You typed so hard, and said so much, but in the end, it doesn't even matter.

Stop trying to focus on everything that's happening. It can be stressfull and overwhelming if you're not natural at blocking out the unimportant information. Just plan on doing one thing, the whole warzone, and close your chatbox. Just do your thing. Maybe focus on a healer (use target marker). Or just stop caps on the node. Or just focus on healing teammates. Once you're over the fear of screwing up, incorporate another thing, and do both. Maybe healing, and stop capping. Or maybe dps the enemy healer, and cap the node. Once you've worked up to being able to contribute, re-open your chatbox. Wait until you know that your input to the warzone was beneficial. Did you stop a cap? Did you cap the node that led to the win? Did you kill the healer? Did you kill the dps that was burning your healer? DO NOT OPEN YOUR CHATBOX BEFORE THIS. You'll just get flamed and probably want to quit. It's PUG pvp...nobody has the right to whine about others. They still will though, and your enemies will talk trash. So will your teammates, because they're also AFRAID OF LOSING and want to blame someone else. Don't be their somebody else.

Heck to the Yes. I'm so sick of running that craptastic KDY flashpoint...I just want to enjoy endgame. My 6 other 55's are evidence that I've been subbed long enough.

Yet another reason I stopped playing the Operative DPS I quit playing my Slinger about a year ago. He's just my legacy bank at this point. He was full min max aug'd conqueror...but it's just not my favorite class anymore. I don't have enough game time to dedicate to a class that is less than fun for me.

Good idea, needs some tweaking. Eliminate the "carry" in the solo queue by requiring individual effort (and performance) to gain comms.

So, the people who have a rough time and a steep learning curve - will have even LESS incentive to queue ranked. Take a revolver, load it, point it at your foot, and pull the trigger.
