After the most recent update, my launcher appears to be stuck or malfunctioning. I let the updates run and once it reaches around 90% installed it jumps back down to 40%, 60%, or 70%. I've let it run to around 90% again and it jumps randomly to another %. I have also noticed that the launcher appears to be capped at 512kb/s, which is excruciatingly slow. Why am I being capped?! I have now missed a week of SWTOR due to patching. Can anyone please assist me in getting some sort of comp time or a refund for the subscription I paid for? I also have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and I still have the problem.

I support this completely. I really connect with my characters in-game when I get to be creative and the more options I have the better! I like making them "unique", or just something I find aesthetically pleasing.
