I believe it's working as intended. Im not sure if you were expecting some holy, magical tool that automatically puts you in the instance with 4 players, but it does its job. It's not cross-server, so you can expect it to be longer than a cross-server tool. It's meant to group people easily, to avoid confusion, and it also shortens queues. And if you are experiancing long queues, try queuing with a friend. That usually speeds up the process.

Yeah, there's not much youcan do in-game if your on the lowest settings. I'd suggest either A) Buying a new computer B) Overclocking your current PC (Dont try this unless you absolutely know what you're doing or you can mess up your computer!) C) If possible, upgrade your current one with new parts. Other than this, there really isnt much you can do without expert help. Im certain you can get a computer to run this game very smoothly (on the lowest settings) for about 400-500$

I have a jedi knight, and i feel like i could be better. Not that im a bad player, but i find it hard to kill any elite without using a defensive ability. This is annoying, as i've yet to get a geared healer and i am stuck with kira for what i assume will be the entire story. C2-N2 was naked when i got him, and he's a pain in the *** to gear. Im a vigilance gaurdian, and i feel like my DPS isnt lacking, as i have all the assets of my basic rotation. Any tips that can help my game? Should i respec?

Ask them to chill, if the problem persists, then let the rest of the group decide what to do.

First - Dont say "we", as i would love to play a cathar. Second - I dont think the legal document you read and agreed to gave you the right the tell the devs what to put and what not to put in their game.

Except in Alderaan, to successfuly win a game you will either have to control "grass" or "snow". So if you are calling out in defense, it should quickly be obvious which to go to, or if you happen to have both ends in your control you should be defending one of them. In that case, whichever end you arent on is the one being attacked. Common sense.
