  1. im so indifferent on the final choice. Like I wanted to join Acina but as the Wrath having served several masters who have betrayed or tried to kill me i wasnt inclined to serve again and lose all i worked for. However I really wanted to be part of the empire again. Literally hardest choice ive ever made in this game. Hopefully i'll still be affiliated with the Empire despite declining becoming a member again.
  2. this i think gave even more info than ppl realise, it stated that different classes will have different options of which companions they can recruit thus promoting the replay value.
  3. as much as i hate to bring this up, the fact that pvp is "dead" on such servers that were made for pvp goes to show how such a small percentage of ppl actually pvp, as this is from a big pvper. i expect them to do another server merge as that seems to be the easiest way to deal with the population issue but at the cost of removing pvp servers in general cuz lets face it, they aint that popular.
  4. dont get me wrong i def want him romanceable but after investing so much time in my male wrath x theron love story and yet i didnt even get a thanks in the current story with ziost im hopin to get more from him, like i think a sith teachin him the ways of the force, among other dark side things , would be pretty fun. *edit* also the only reason i dont want an alien force male is cuz the only force males we have now are already alien.
  5. i think it'd be really cool if bioware reintroduces the force related characters (like theron) as potential force users after completing a series of quests kinda like in kotor 2. this expansion is probly the best time to try something different like that since our choices matter and we wont be able to recruit EVERY single companion from every class story.
  6. this makes me think that they will charge per chapter (aside from the initial launch ones) so itd be like 5-10 per chapter but subs (who are already paying 15) just get them free.
  7. i dont think expecting a constant flow is unreasonable since thats how the CM is. and there nothing wrong with wanting something since thats how many minorities in swtor ( pvp, vintage shells, cm armors) get wat they want. they voice their opinion.
  8. tbh i feel bad for that guy. 3+ years and he's only had 1 item in his stock and its like the ugliest car in existence.
  9. i think its ridiculous especially since they added new items to the security key vendor with the latest patch but not the CE vendor but i shall not give up!!!!
  10. as many know out of all the swtor "factions" (i.e. pvp, pve, subs, etc) the CE holders have gotten the largest shaft since day 1. over the 3+ years of swtor the CE vendor has received an update of an additional 6 items which is far from as dynamic as it was advertised initially, where as the CM has received 100s of items added to it. now i personally dont think this is very fair (this applies to VIP/security vendor as well but to a lesser degree) especially with all the items being introduced that bioware hasnt really attempted to address the issue to the ppl that IMO have been the most dedicated to the game since its conception. for example the revan gear thats been unreleased i think should be given to those who been here since day 1 (or just CE ppl) and while im sure ppl could make the argument of "well thats not fair to everyone else" but then again neither is bringing back old shells of gear for ppl who didnt participate in the early years or making raid gear the best gear for those who dont raid or limited edition pvp titles. the point is bioware has done its best to cater to every crowd in the game (which is good) except the CE holders (which is bad). of course an alternate option of helping the founders of swtor is to take a page from the Warframe (another popular online game) crowd of ppl. they implemented a founder system as well in their early days and to show their devotion to the ppl who sustained their game created a founders forum where they would be involved in the ongoings of the game before anyone else as well as have some input on future developments like new weapons, new enemies, etc. i think swtor could do that. it would keep the developers involved with the community and keep the loyalist happy. and in addition to that, since we know the cartel mart isnt going anywhere why dont you let the CE holders hold a poll with every released pack and let us add one item from the pack into the CE store. that would probly solve most issues on that front (as a quick fix atleast). idk i just dont wanna feel like my group of ppl is gettin shoved aside and forgotten even though we too did alot to help support swtor.
  11. that quote the Emperor says is another reason i think they will have a personal story, i mean there are many hints towards doing so especially in regards to the class mission u do get. i mean hopeful wishing aside, logically it makes sense.
  12. i keep forgeting this is a new year so my brains math was horribly off, but even more so thats a HUGE gap for not having a new companion
  13. its been awhile (7 months or so) since our last companion and im wondering when biowares gonna announce the next one, id assume with the togruta release.
  14. i dont expect them to actaully act as emperor in game hence my marr theory. and i dont think it will be a final expansion quest seeing that the next expansion will most likely have us fight him, and swtor isnt ending within the year.
  15. so for all those who played the warrior in SoR im sure u all came across the dialogue where Marr questions what the Wrath will do in terms of the Emperor. now seeing as this dialogue in reference to him only applies to the SW i feel its highly likely that a personal showdown will come between the two, i mean imo i think it would be dumb not to make a class mission that has them encounter each other since u served as him Wrath in the beginning. now i also know this probly upsets those who are all "Inq is gonna be next Emperor" crowd. now im not saying the Wrath will take his place but story wise i think it makes sense or since the Wrath and Marr have a mutual respect/relationship Marr would be the "face" of the empire while the Wrath is the true Emperor. but thats just my thoughts on it. how do others feel how the fate of the Wrath and Emperor will go down? do u think itll be a class mission like the JK and then his "this isnt my true form" will be a raid?
  16. i agree that be preeetty awesome. i feel like the two would have to meet at some point.
  17. tbh i felt that they had something different intended for the fight since idk how many noticed but that ending is the only ending (that ive seen atleast) where u dont talk to ur companions or acknowledge to others ur achievement afterwards. it felt very open ended.
  18. the way i see it is in terms of NATURAL power the SW is stronger. as many has stated he worked hard and trained hard to attain the power he has, even numerous DC member acknowledge his strength, both in the Baras fight and in the subsequent expansions. in terms of ranks = power it can go both ways. Both are clearly at (at the minimum) DC level power. and we arent talking powerbases cuz this is a 1v1 scenario. Now the inquisitor's main sorce of power is the force ghosts he bound to himself, whether u consider it fair or not isnt the point now but even he acknowledges the majority of his strength came from them during the cutscene of whether or not he released them. and speaking on that brings another point. u have to factor in whether or not the SI keeps the ghosts bound to him or not, since u have the option to release most of them. in this regard his power could fluctuate greatly. however as the SW this isnt a problem since he never relied on an outside source to begin with, so no matter what route u took his power is always constant. as mentioned before both have fought quite impressive feats (my personal opinion is SW had more reputable opponents). And we have seen the warrior has also as some have mentioned increased his range of force techniques where as the SI hasnt really shown any apparent improvement in skill. in fact during the cutscene for the SoR expansion intro it was Ashara who foretold the SI of the looming threat yet he didnt sense it himself. But the SW had a vision of the events to come therefore IF his affinity to the force were weaker than the SI's (as some had theorized) then thats certainly not the case now. i havent finished 3.0 with the inquistor yet so i cant comment on everything dialogue ppl referenced to him but for the warrior Vowrawn, Marr, and Revan either see him as an ally or acknowledge his strength, in fact while Marr does indeed trusts the SI, only to the SW does he ask what will he do in regards to the Emperor. thus implying it was only a task the HE could undertake (also why i suspect that in 4.0 it will be the SW fighting the emperor akin to how the JK did). so while many think SI may become Emperor due to his strength and skill in sorcery i believe the SW is at the least gonna become more suited as the future Emperor. whether u find that relevant or not is up to u but it is something to consider.
  19. this soo much. both sith were the first two classes i got to 55 and i loved them both but i too have to give it to SW in terms of raw power and skill. not only does he accomplish all these feats but it was also by his own power, not enhanced by any rituals, spirits, alchemy, etc. its all just him and that cant be said for many legendary sith before him. tbh by the end of SWTOR i believe the Wrath may be considered one of if not the strongest (with the inquisitor im sure) sith in history. And even in the expansion(s) Marr himself acknowledges the strength of the Wrath numerous times, and Marr's the ring leader of the council.
  20. idk judging by the dialogue from several sources in the SW role i feel that he may be the one to personally defeat the emperor as the jedi knight did. and then maybe he'd come back in a stronger form as a raid boss. but if theyre gonna continue the class story line i feel its the only reasonable end.
