Yeah, I started a thread in customer service about this. No reply from anyone from customer care.

Op ^^^^ is the best advice you could get. I make a ticket and report when I see odd behavior. Mostly what I see is people throwing the game in WZ. Most of these people must think if they didn't see it, it doesn't exist/happen. I will give you one bit of advice. Checking your lag. I've seen folks dance across a WZ too, and from what I can tell it's been me lagging. Just so you know.

To answer your rogue questions: Depending on the build they can use daggers or swords. Backstabs, poisoning, slice and dice. stuns. Very similar. I've not played in a long time but we did have one AOE attack last time I did play.

In 1.4 when see I people saying extend TTK it means only this to me. My time laying on the deck being stunned just last a little longer to sort of equal out with the time spent in the spawn area. To me it seems you have two choices.. One is complain (my personal favorite) Two.. Get with some other pvper's figure out the best strat for your classes to beat this new system and work on it. Obviously the devs are not listening so we can adapt and survive or give up and get rolled. The only other option is find another MMO that actually listens to the people giving them their 15 bucks a month.

Take one class you really like to play then get a friend who pvp's alot. Duel, then duel again then again and again. Read the forums about your class and just practice and learn. Figure out your rotation, then practice it. Then figure out how to step outside your rotation as the situation changes. Work on the basics and the improvisation will come.

Greetings! A long time ago I used to pvp in W*W on a rogue and I loved it. I studied, practiced reworked did whatever i could to become better at the class. By chance one day i stumbled across what I think now is pretty much an abandoned website called RogueSpot. It was I thought the end all be all of web sites for that class. Some of the best rogues PVP or PVE posted strats, movies, whatever there. It was a place to learn and share ideas and thoughts. I know we have the forums here but that site was a bit more selective about who could get in to certain forums. Now my question is.. Does anyone know of a site like that for operatives? Lets face it, as operatives we are a breed outside the norm. We play a class not because it's an FOTM, but because we love the class. That's what RS was all about. They had open forums and then closed forums for people that could prove they had a rogue that had reached a certain level in game. That's where all the true trade secrets were kept. If you think about it, it is sort of a nice thought.

Don't you listen to the rules before the game? As long as you don't KICK the ball anything is allowed. If they do it to pad then that's just silly and sad. When used correctly it's a great strat. Remember the mantra of Uncle Ben. With great power comes great responsibility. Don't just carry the Huttball, BE the Hutball.

You're kidding right? My main is an op and you just must be caught at the right time of full on CD's.

I hear "Fixed in 1.4". What I see is stunned so much I only do 1/3 the damage I normally do in a WZ. Then again we played against a premade that was comprised of a guild that is rumored to use cheats. I didn't bother to queue again. I was in there with other players that I know are great pvper's and they were like..."This sucks". So I'll try again and if it keeps rolling the same way, then I'll decide if the frustration is worth it.

So.. tell me again why everyone was whining about PT's? Looks like Sages are the new FOTM.

You can find plenty of RP in the Imp Fleet cantina on EH. As long as you like god moding, meta gaming. ERP guilds thinly veiled as slave guilds. I saw an advertisement on Hutta last night for a guild whose sole purpose was the trading and so on of slaves. Must be over 18 and basically the guy sounded like a pimp trying to sell his wares or get new girls. That's a good portion of what I see at fleet. Your best bet. Find a good RP guild. To this day no matter how far I stretch my imagination I can't imagine Malgus hanging out at the cantina trying to pick up a Twooker or walking around like he's an indestructible sith, but that's what you get in the fleet. There are pockets of decent rp happening but you really have to look for it.
