Well, after preseason everyone stopped playing group ranked because everyone was butthurt and afraid of losing (usual stuff), and yolo was killed by the syncqueueing of russians and the notorious rep least valuable guild. So pvp died and ppl started transfering to tre. Afaik big pve guilds left even earlier so this started the whole thing and then everyone jumped the last train of 90CC transfers and now TOFN is dead. Thank the ppl who killed it and thank BW for not doing anything.

Hey there, I am a little bit frustrated about the state of pvp atm, especially the syncqueueing in yolo and since I always wanted to try raiding out, I figured this would be the best time to do so. I am looking for a semi-hc raiding team/guild, I can be online pretty much everyday - weekdays from 9-10pm till 1am, weekends till late... I am a subscriber since launch, I have every character from both sides and I am experienced in dpsing and healing, however I can tank as well if the team needs that. Since I am from tofn I only have a sage, a scoundrel and an op here atm, but next week with the reduced prices I will move my characters. I only have pvp gear and I have absolutely no idea what kind of endgame operations exist in the game, I only did karagga and something else when the level cap was still 50... so I need gear but I am pretty sure I will pick up the phase pretty fast and I don't think my numbers are going to be a problem. So you are saying that after being bullied for months/years by the tofn community for your syncqueueing, you finally had the guts to queue up for team ranked? And you queued up as a full dps team because this way it is a win-win situation right? I mean if you lose you say we just joekd around, on the other hand if you win (1 round, not the game as far as I could read your words), you can come straight to the forums and post about it (and have a ***** I assume). LOL Congrats, you have managed to beat someone in team ranked in a round! That is quite the achievement

I have some suggestions as well: For republc toons: Tier 3: Not an MVP yet Tier 2: Almost an MVP Tier 1: Da Real MVP For imperial toons we need something different a little bit, but still it should be similar. I don't have a lot of creativity so I would go with: Tier 3: Not an iMVP yet Tier 2: Almost an iMVP Tier 1: Da Real iMVP

I just leveled my first sorc like a month ago and begun to do yoloranked. First I sucked but I managed to get to Tier1 eventually. You will be focused and need to kite a LOT, so I suggest you take the following: ( I will explain why ) SKILLFUL Sith Defiance Empty Body Sap Strength MASTERFUL Emersion Backlash Electric Bindings HEROIC Corrupted barrier So, why these? Let's look what else we can get and let me explain why they suck so you will end up with these as well Overload heal is garbage. 25% chance on 25% dmg on a filler ability is garbage. You dont use force storm anymore. 10 sec less on electrocute is also worse than any of the other 3 I picked. For the masterful it is really self explanatory... you just cant live without the flashing bubbles, the 5 sec root on overload and the root immunity on speed. Believe me, I tried... you can't live without these. For the masterful? Corrupted barrier is a second life after bubble it is absolutely a MUST. Basically with these you need to run and never stop moving for a minute. Only stop when you are casting force leech. Thats it. Not the best quality, and as I have said this is my first sorc after playing it for a month so don't expect perfect gameplay but here is the video when I hit 1630 on tofn with this build. For the gear: Run with 5,3% alacrity, 19% crit, 70-71% surge, rest POWER. For augments you shouldn't really care, main stat and power are also fine. Hope it helped.

yolo queue fun? Play on your shadow instead of on your assa for a week and you will see what fun is... republic side is pathetic, and every half decent player who has not left it for the imp side already, will do very soon imho... I dont think it is really possible to break the 1300-1400 rating on the rep side, maybe with a fotm class, with a huge amount of luck and some syncqueueing or queueing in strange times.

Derping is boring and hardswitching is nearly impossible now ( at least with 99% of the player's skill level ). I blame bioware. 2 season ago there were a lot of teams in queue, lot of tactics, etc. Now its just what? 2-3 teams maybe?
