Never mind I just uninstalled and downed the whole game again and it seems to be working. Not a very good work around.

Looking at what is going on. I am running a 64 bit and the launcher is a 32 bit. Is that the problem? I am running it from C/program files (x86)/ Electronic Arts/BioWare/Star Wars - The Old Republic/launcher. It come up 32 bit however and not 64.

I get to Installing game client 294 0% and everything stops. I can't even close the game from the launch window. I tried a work around I seen in a different post about downloading a patch for launcher repair but that did not fix the problem.

There is also a Ash'ad Seeker just out side the bosses area that wont die. it gets down to 3/4 health and poof complete heal and reset. So maybe I have just a glitched run but this is sad very very sad and you need to fix this. It's from the last group you have to fight before getting to open the door to the boss. It can be avoided by just not going close to it and not attacking it so it does not stop the boss fight but does add to the amount of things wrong with this whole run. Yes I did try and just go to where it is and kill it but even with out it moving it resets every time.

I managed to complete this fight with my Mercenary Bounty hunter. I can't even start to get past it with my Sorc. I even tried to whirlwind one of the 5 strong and the damage was still more then that healer could keep up with. What do you have raid damage NPCs in this? I have this fight down till that second round of 5 strong where the damage is way past what the healer can do. I even changed to healer mode and let the NPC tank. OMG that was even worse because he did not even fight without being commanded to attack. He just stood in one spot and always ran back to the center of the room when done and had to be reordered every time to fight. You guys really need to fix this fight and NPC or for the best just get rid of the story healer and let us bring our own. After all why did we build level 50 companions for? Just bad all around. Lower the damage or fix the healer or even worse bring back the bot that does it all. This is in story mode the solo story mode not heroic mode. The amount of health these guys have as well. by time I kill 1 the other have killed that healer and are half done with me. Running a DPS here not a tank. I can't hold the attention on every one of those NPCs. Even if I could 2 of these guys attacking the healer and attacking me would still be past what this healer can keep up with.

It would cost SWTOR money to control the GTN in the game. They would loose income from players buying cartel items to sell for unrealistic prices on the GTN. Just to afford other item in the game. That is how it all work in SWTOR favor or you would see them regulate it.

No not even close. Rifles and pistols are totally different weapons and just adding a stock to a pistol does not turn it into a rifle. Its still a pistol for range and damage it can do just on a more stable firing platform allowing more accuracy but not more range or damage.

When do we get this companion anyway?

Simply said. I did the Bowdaar mission on my bounty hunter and don't care to repeat this content again. I even went and refused the mission trying to skip this content. Now how ever it seem I can not get the next companion mission from the same contact. Refusing the mission should have cleared that out of the way for this character to progress on in content but it appears it did not. So add the ability to refuse a companion mission and move on to the next.

They still need to fix it but you are awesome.

Yes even went to the fleet, Taking the time to even check the Ziost Shadow and checked every Triangle I could find. Nope No link mission that would allow me onto Ziost to finish this mission. Why would you not think ahead and make plans for such an event when you know you cant get into Ziost with out a mission? I would not care my self if you reset the whole world, I just want to finish this.

Mind adding a link mission onto the ship or Ziost space dock so those of us affected by this can get back onto Ziost to finish this mission? If there is a mission for this already. Mind adding it to the notes so we know where to go? Searched ship mission and only have the Hunt chapter 1 on it. Went to Ziost space port and no mission there and cant get back onto Ziost to get it there. Is there some mistical character on the fleet? I don't know its a big game.

This is getting old. Can't finish the story line and not even a reply to say they are working on it. Can you stop trying to make new things until you learn how to fix the old first?
