  1. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=644631 Taken directly from BioWare's directions on submitting Bug Reports. Don't submit bug reports to CS. They don't handle them, and can't do anything with them.
  2. Hey-o. I think the time has long since passed for devs to just turn off the ability to preview Human Hairstyles etc. on non-Human species. Don't tease - either implement it, or don't allow it to be seen at all, it must be confusing for people who don't read the unlock descriptions. Furthermore, popping up "An error has occured while processing your character redesign" tells us nothing - which of the two-dozen changes I've just made is causing this error? I feel this could be slightly more specific or elaborated on, if necessary at all.
  3. I can only guess, of course, but if your tickets so far have been submitted using the Bug Report category, they never would have even reached CS. Re-submit the ticket using any other category.
  4. Hey guys, I'm sure this has been spotted before, but unlike other Chapter completions which all seem to give strictly Class-based Signs (i.e. Circular Sign: Consular, Circular Sign: Trooper etc.), the Inquisitor gets... Circular Sign: Sorcerer. This appears to happen even if you're an Assassin, funnily enough. I'm guessing it's just been mislabelled.
  5. While uppercase special characters appear to work mostly just fine with standard character-creation, using a Character Rename item will not allow you to use an uppercase special character (i.e. for the first letter) at the moment - or at least, so far as I've seen, maybe I'm missing something!
  6. This is just my opinion, but I think the fact that players need to reactivate Strongholds post-transfer for the credit-cost if not purchased with CC should be included in the Transfer caution page. While I thankfully haven't been affected, I also think the line about Legacy Storage not transferring should be more prominently displayed, and not stuck in right at the very end.
  7. Maybe you're right - if so, mods please feel free to move this over there.
  8. As far as I can tell, this error message literally just means you need to make a little more room in your Inventory before claiming an armour-set or whatever. It seems to me it'd be far more economical to make THAT the error message rather than tell players to contact CS...
  9. I belong to the group that would be only too happy to have pets mumbling, grunting, chirping around me - I'd prefer if they chattered more randomly, rather than when clicked/summoned etc. But I can understand that I'm probably in the minority, and so the devs give us very quiet pets as a result :/ I'm not suggesting the Fleet should be a barnyard either, but even just having them chat away to the player, people would get annoyed, it seems. IMHO, anyway.
  10. This item launched as 405 Cartel Coins at a 50% discount, i.e. it's always supposed to have been 810. In short, you're wrong, and this thread is deliberately misleading.
  11. Edit: Ahhhh, joking, d'uh... Still, chances are they'll finish up sooner anyway.
  12. I second this motion. It's not so noticeable in something like Dragon Age, but I'd like new catchphrases here, please.
  13. Yes, you can get a character restored, it just may take a while.
  14. This Anonymous Insider's "report" seems to quote, word for word, a post made in reply to an article on Joystiq :/ It was even posted on these forums.
  15. If I may add a further two cents: if character transfers are opened up, don't give us the option to go somewhere too populated, or at least monitor the flow of players more closely. Try to maintain a balance between population and latency - I realise it's hard striking that balance, but I personally don't want 300+ people on fleet if I can't move about.
  16. It's terribly materialistic, but the real reason I want to transfer is because the global economy is non-existent. 40+ items on the GTN every night at peak time, several blues at rock-bottom prices and nada. Zip. I don't need the money right now but I'm solely reliant on grinding to get credits when I should be able to flog the stuff I just don't need. BioWare doesn't enforce RP - it doesn't even enforce names, and I'm fine with that. I haven't gotten a roleplay experience out of Lord Calypho because the population has never been all that high, so I'd happily move to a PvP server.
