    Ok found problem. There are two of them on market. One (that work) from "Electronic Arts Nederland BV", second that didn't work (can't be installed in your country) from "Electronic Arts Inc".

    I would gladly get one for android but there is small problem. I live in Europe and its not avaible here.

    They tried this in WoW. Ended with global chat that everyone used to anything (trade, barrens talk, whining)
