I disagree with you, reason swtor ended up **** that was the simple fact everyone had below 10fps. there was no point in rushing in. I played several games where melee classes were used to flank main groups with 200+ people. However this was not in star wars for reasons explained earlier. The fact to the matter stays the same and i agree with OP, same warzones gets boring, i stopped my sub 2 days ago and lack of endgame for pvpers was my main reason. With me the few remaining people in our guild left too. I hope they do improve the pvp aspect, when they do i will be the first to resub but until then i keep the facepalm up for what pvp is and what it could have been. And no, im not going to guild wars as it is just another standard mmo overhyped by TROLLS who quit within a month to the next game anyway.

im very sorry but if you cant get 8 medals in recruit gear you need training and help from other players not bioware.!!!! PVP rewards are easy enough as it is dont need to be modified for the complete disabled noob who will never learn anyway.

i have had a sorc dps since launch and i still play him every day. i simply laugh at people saying its crap since the nerf. i kill alot of the fotm classes by myself with over 50% health left. They key to beating them is knowing their build and when you see the form or cylinder they are using you know enough to counter them if you even looked at the skilltree they have before rage quiting the class. OFFCOURSE, a very good mara will own me but im not even supposed to be a 1v1 class in the first place. When they beat me i know why and there is nothing i can do about it and i accept that. The main problem with alot of people playing these classes and not loved by the majority of players to have on their team is the fact that those people dont understand the role of their class. Lets not forget that half the people expect their class to be the best and when they get owned they blame the op-ness of the other class instead of looking at their own skill and playstyle. i play my class the way i want it in the form i think it was designed for. If you get 4 of me in a team it will not be effective but 1 or 2 are actually an advantage. the real problem you are describing Sorcs for example are very wanted in hardmodes and raids. these same guys that own in pve suck at pvp but often just want to do their daily for a bit of fun im guessing. These are the guys messing your team up since they play 3 matches at most a day and never learn anything about the map, other classes, or the difference in how skills work in pvp compared to pve!!!!! This is the main problem!!!!! When ranked came out i often was rejected to join when they found out i was DPS. Then i simply asked them to give me a chance and i have been joining them ever since when there is a spot available. I get no complaints at all, no ************ about my dps, no crying about me not playing the objectives cause im using my class RIGHT. In the end im glad there is hate for my class at 50 at least all the crybabies for nerfs wont ***** at my class for being OP so i dont have to worry about a even bigger nerf. but everything described above aplies to all classes its just that fotm classes are more forgiving for failnoobs so their stats still look decent at the end while they were just as useless as your standard sorc/merc

no one deserves a mvp medal more then others. Healing is important but without dps you will not get anywhere. Good tanks are a luxury which is often underestimated. You should give mvp votes based on who you saw peforming well in battle not just by looking at the stats. How about a guy in huttball that gets over 10k objectives done and not get any mvp vote for example? Like i said, look less at stats more at peformance.

what decides who gets the ball in the circle a person throws at? I tried everything, stand in front of them behind them and on the sides and it always seems they still get the ball, yet when i am receiving a pass and someone even touched the edge of it they get it i dont understand this and it is seriously pissing me off. someone who knows?

TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER. It is people like you why modern day mmos are easy as ****. Not willing to suffer, not willing to grind not willing to learn PERIOD. Tough it out get a guild get voicecomms and train together and actually work to get ahead rather then expecting everything to be thrown at you. When i just turned 50 i got my *** kicked too and that was with not having any expertise cause there wasnt any recruit gear yet, i persisted and learned alot while getting gear and it made me into the player i am today! and im proud to say that and ill do it again if it was needed. Winning doesnt teach you **** its defeat and reflecting your battles while grinding for better gear that makes you a good player. every good pvper has suffered and therefor learned and whoever claims he was godlike from the start is just stupid. most of th eplayers who ar eplaying ranked right now are players that have been here since beta what do you expect seriously? They made their groups work together for 6 months offcourse they are gonna kick *** but with their continues wins comes a disadvantage. they dont learn anymore while you ARE! Then at one point you defeat them and it is THEM going back to discuss *** happened and to come up with a new tactic. imo ther eis nothing wrong with the matrix cube as long as you got arround 110 exp or more. However the bonus you get from the cube is not as much as the extra exp you gain from that pvp relic

good to read some freaking positive news for once. However i remain sceptical, i think this is only temp. To make it a bit more lasting until they come out with a real rvr system a nice pvp daily killing players on planets within 5 levels of the player might make it a bit longer lasting.

Yes i did 1v1 maras and like i said most are crap i fight them in WZ i fight them on voss wherever i can find a good fight. a WZ is 8v8 i wont disagree with ya on that but alderaan and denova coast are very inviting to have 1v1s even when you dont want to you will end up in one regurarly when playing on your own or holding a gun. and you say my opinion is wrong if he receives even one heal? what if i receive that too? im talking 1v1 this does not include 3rd party interference. And btw i dont know what server you play on but on the fatman trying to get help from your teammates is like asking for a miracle. In the end you can disagree with me all you want but im pretty sure maras are fine the way they are its all about who is playing them. Im not saying im some kind of pvp god cause im not but i know my class and i know my enemy his skills and what they are capable off and thats half the battle won.

Marauders are powerfull and they got a very practical skillset. They are supposed to kill most classes 1v1 but a good player knows How to beat them. Im a sorc myself i can kill maras 1v1 because most mara are crap players. If the player is of equal skill he will kill me. Does this mean he is OP *? It means he is a better 1 v1 class. Basicly the only reason so many people complain about it is because maraders are flavour of the month. Entire groups of them join pvp rolling matches but is only because they know their class and they know their enemy. Put these same people in another class and they will still roll you. Are they OP.? No . The player can make it OP sucky players still suck using marauders.

what current freaking endgame man? i think what we got here are the last few fanboys who still haven't seen the state this game is in. No endgame at all, dropping numbers, sandbox pvp, whole rvr world that never worked. Sounds like a perfect time to add more levels and a new planet everyone will be bored within a week cause it will be PVE. A new WZ? brilliant play it 5 times and you know it. a new OP? play it 3 times and you know it. Play like an idiot to get war hero gear for what reason? there is no clan vs clan or faction vs faction no significant rewards for killing your enemy and be victorious. rated 1.3 is supposed to change this but i think every smart cookie knows this will not be a good replacement for good old RVR which was a requirement in MMOs about 10 years ago. In the end you can call the stuff that will still make it here this year good or bad but ANYONE claiming this will bring people back is a hopeless optimist that seriously never experienced an mmo and a total dummy! (im not even mentioning a new tetrisgame called stwor epic spacecombat :S) obviously because of new level cap. All this which takes ages to create. Does this supply RVR? does this supply endgame? nope just more stupid grinding to keep you happy for 30 days just to be bored again!

reduced budget? maybe right there, how come? because they kept making promises and ignoring facts. use smart marketing like 1.2 which in the end was a complete dissapointment for most (ranked pvp) being one of them. (2 months) - 3rd they took some graphics out of the firing guns etc also from alderaan WZ (just fail) - 4th we dont know *** is going on anymore so we will remove the whole thing. and go draw pretty pictures and act like were moving forward and not let you know anything until 2013 if even that! Ilum will not be fixed and there will not be a new ilum, if you want to believe BW so be it but i lost my faith in the pvp aspect of the game months ago. Its like elections, they feed you all this BS but then when they are in office they let you down and just lol for you trusting them.
