Appreciate the replies. I usually run a few points in Tank for the % armor rating buff, then go up the tactics tree and run Ion Cell, not sure how work that works anymore though lol. I'll definitely try straight tactics more!

So! Arenas are coming up, I've been loving my Vanguard since I first picked his AC last year. I just came back a little under a month ago and apparently their damage was nerfed pretty hard. (PvE at least from what I was told/know.) Anyone with experience, I'm curious how VG DPS is doing in the Arenas?

Glad he mentioned that, I don't know about Republic Side, but if you're Imp side, there's a Heroic 4 Daily (The Observer I think) on Makeb that allows you to chose a 55 Companion weapon, it's 66 mods I believe.

No, you've guys had the chance to do Makeb over and over again, enjoy being 55, the new dailies, FP, and raids before many of these people even got a taste of it and just sit there jealous about everything. I've only had Makeb for a month or two and I'm not complaining. Brings more people to the game, which I love having lots of people around.

Technically the gear can be used on your general droid that everyone gets, and there's a few classes who get droid companions. Unfortunately though, the only way for regular companions..is to gear them manually. That is if you want end-game gear on them.

Nope, I love the voice in game on everything, brings the whole universe to life when everyone speaks, this game has only been out for a year and has plenty of content within the year and more content is coming up soon....they're fine how they are going in my opinion. Think if they DID release more frequent content, then they run out of ideas quicker in the long run. Things become more repetitive when it comes to things. That's just my personal opinion though.

So, I've seen it mentioned about F2P having unlimited WZs, what I haven't seen mentioned and I'm curious if anyone has....will there be any bonus for Subscribers? I ask only because I feel like they will lose quite a bit of the subscribers that strictly PvP because there would be no reason to subscribe, you could spend your cartel coins to equip purple gear and you're good to go while saving yourself money. Anyone know if us Subscribers are getting anything for staying subscribed?

Man, I was hoping it was just rumors honestly....makes me sad, because sometimes I forget to respec before I even get into the Warzones...really hope they don't roll this out. I mean Arena wise, respeccing won't be that bad since if they respec it affects the whole team..and not everyone on your team may be as willing to drop from their spec to tank/heal/dps. It will be a sad day for me..because I bought Respec solely for PvP..

So, I heard they are getting rid of respeccing in Warzones, any specific reason why they are?

Agreed! I'm loving it, I've been literally jumping on every toon I can (high or low) just to do it, it's literally the only thing I've done all week lol. They did an awesome job.

I'm curious, I like the ideal personally but I would like to know how the rest of the community would feel. Seeing that I have a Toon on both Factions and equally love playing them both, I would love to see Joint Ops one day for Galactic Conflicts for all the Operations. I think it would be pretty awesome to be able to jump on my Juggernaut and DPS along side some of my Pub Guildies, or vice versa for my Imp Guildies. They could just make it where Group Finder was cross faction and the instance that takes you to the shuttle to go to the Ops could possibly take you to a neutral area where you can find Pubs and Imps grouping up, or looking for groups. I mean it's not completely crazy, look at Nar Shaddaa or Voss..it wouldn't be a crazy idea. It would certainly up people running Ops because they would have two sides to look for players. Any opinions?

Well, if I remember correct some of the Flashpoints like The False Emperor should give you some starter PvE gear. There's also the Black Hole Dailies you can do to get a decent income and Daily Commendations, Ilum, and Belsavis can also get you daily commendations which can also can you some nice Implants and other stuff, doing your Daily Hard Mode Flashpoints and the Black Hole Weekly can get you Black Hole commendations that can get you Black Hole gear, which is also pretty good gear. Use the group finder for all your Flashpoints and what not. You can even use it to look for a random Ops group, best of luck out there, it takes time to get good gear...but it's no fun when it's easy. I don't know what server you're on, sorry to hear that you run into Guilds like that, we were all 'newbie 50s' at one point. :/ Edit: Also, sometimes the Dailies can become boring because it is a grind (I personally don't mind grinds), but if it gets tiring, just jump on another alt and enjoy the story! There's plenty of that to go around!

I personally love the idea of this because I have a Juggernaut alt (my main being a 50 trooper). It's always so unfortunate when I'm locked out and want to run on an alt, then I realize..it would be beyond awesome to have joint Ops since they are Galactic Conflicts. Just make it where if you go in instance it should take you to an area where Imps and Pubs can be in the same area and kind of 'pug' if they need to. I mean, look at Nar Shaddaa and Voss, the main cities are neutral, there are even a couple of cities on Voss where you get quests in the same little town where you can still be flagged. It would be pretty awesome to see a mix of classes like that.
