I'm getting a constant crackling sound on SWTOR and only SWTOR. I've read previous posts about this issue and there's apparently a sliding bar when you open of DxDiag, however I see none of the sort. Please help, its's unbearable

PVP space battles are nice and all.... But lets face it, it should have been in the game from the beginning. I thoroughly hope they wont disregard their less "must-destroy-everything-now" customers and include something like Guild Flagships in this to balance out the content!

PVP and PVE stuff is nice and all, but when are the RPers gonna get a game update?

This is just a duel that you do in a PVE environment, does PVP gear still effect those kind of duels? Hmm ill deffinitly try some of those ideas you gave. Thank you very much!

Hey Guys, so i role a Sith Assassin in the deception tree, i have a mate who ive been wanting to beat in a casual duel for quite some time now. He roles a Sith Sorcerer and on paper i do more damage than him.... HOWEVER as we know Sith Sorcerers have this nasty habit of putting up a static barriar which practicly makes them INVINSIBLE. We are both level 55, so how would you go about defeating a Sith Sorcerer as a Sith Assassin in a duel? Any help is much appreciated!

Hey everyone, please excuse my ignorance on the subject... I find gear orange gear sometimes that looks cool and is my level but the stats are so low, is this because to make it a good piece of gear i have to put those attachments like mods and barrels on it?

I have played through Jedi Knight, most of Bounty hunter and most of Sith Warrior, all had great storylines. Apparently Imperial Agent has the best but i just wanted to confirm with the community?

Can we expect to see a large quantity of new Social gear in 1.3 and future updates, as much fun as sparkle powder is...

I killed him yesterday with a Jedi Guardian, my tips were to use Doc (healer) and just deal some decent damage and use force push and other knockbacks and interupting skills, but i honestly found him easy, buy recruit gear if you dont already have.

Yeah that is true, it is just too much of a big ask to have attackable fleets, think of all the low level people who have just arrived there, they are however working on improving planet PVP and the idea of a Guild Flagship is on their to do list. Personaly i think it would be a fun idea to have some sort of arena area in the fleet

Its sounds as if you care more about this game than your girlfriend, they said the maintenance would take 4 hours... so take an educated guess as to how long it will take...

All i want to say is that after about 10 years of playing these sorts of games id rather watch a female rather than a male... And dont you think it would be a bit awkward if your whole legacy was full of guys.....

Have you guys discussed the possiblity of having Guild Flagships in the upcoming future, thats what my guild and i are holding out for!

Had an idea, BW say that their current classes are Story driven, but tbh they arnt really all that significant, e.g you complete the game, congrats you have saved the galaxy from the Bad Guys, then you step into your fleet and there are many other people who have had the same experience. Its like no your character is inevitably going to go down the same story route the whole time you play the game. Sure we all make the odd Dark/Light decision that may tweak the game slightly but there is always going to be a fixed Story line which gives you a little bit of flexibility space. But as i said, everyones outcome of the Main story line will be the same, AND YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO EXPERIENCE IT! So here is my proposal, it may sound crazy seeming as the game still has a few problems which need to be fixed first, but inorder for BW to create a real story driven MMO they need to give the players alot more flexibility with there Character/Alts. I realise it is too late for the current classes to have their whole story re-written etc. But what if you were to create a "neutral" Allegiance? Im sure many SWG fans were upset when they saw the limited race choices, i for one wanted to go kick some Imps in the family jewels with a hairy wookie foot You could make 4 new Classes *just thorwing out ideas here* eg. Wookie Huntsman or something *Wookies usually dont have a fixed body build or hair colour which would allow for a more in depth char customization. Perhaps even something like a Droid class! These "neutral" classes could be more story driven, perhaps by level 20 they would have the option to choose a side. They could also have a more flexible story line so that a dark side wookie could end up training as a sort of Sith or something and a light side Wookie could have a completely different story outcome! Im not saying that this idea should be implemented in an upcoming update, but i believe it would be a cool idea to mix things up a bit and give the players what they came here for.....A STORY DRIVEN MMO! Love the game, it just needs a few tweaks and RANKED PVP ALREADY!!!!!!!!

Ok guys, so my parents bought me nothing for Christmas but instead decided to give me £300 because my Birthday and Christmas are so close together. To make matters worse we have friends who are in the computer buisness and they have said that they could get 20% off a laptop for me, which is a very kind gesture, but i wont be able to run most of my games on a laptop?

i was only complaining about the poor choice of words. I dont sit infront of the screen all day. I wont lose any sleep over not receiving the 30 days but my view is that they shouldve given it to everyone or no one. But calling a fraction of your customers "loyal" (who have most likely power leveled in the space of a week) is stating that anyone who is not 50 is less valued...
