  1. Since crit and main stats are so important, wouldn't it be in everyone's best interest to complete chapter 2 of the Smuggler/Agent, inquisitor/Consular, and Jedi Knight/Sith Warrior acts for the one hour buffs?
  2. Except the Jedi Knight doesn't kill The Emperor, just The Voice.
  3. That would be so boring. Besides, we already have three ACs per faction that can heal if they spec for it, now you want to make a pure healer class? That new class would be a walking bullseye in all WZs and would practically require nothing but dps and tank companions. All the class quests for it would have to be written and coded with them being a pure healer in mind, nevermind the planet quests expect some decent dps output from the healer classes already.
  4. Crit/surge is generally more useful to some builds, and power is nice, but it's far and away inferior to primary stat benefits.
  5. Only a few armor sets for a couple classes end up looking cool, like Trooper PvP armor, Juggernaut Recruit armor, etc. Sage and Sorc stuff looks so bad that I throw up a little inside whenever I see the full set.
  6. How else would they sell XP boosters on the cartel market?
  7. I dry-heaved a little when I read the OP's idea.
  8. Had that happen when tanking a heroic on my shieldtech, a nice cluster of enemies for a couple fire sweeps, flamethrower, DFA, etc. What happens the instant I charge the group and grapple the one medic NPC outside the group? The arsenal merc fires off their Jet Boost and sends everything to the four winds.
  9. Don't forget the Dromund Kaas Death Toll.
  10. You know, some of these links are starting to look untrustworthy to me. Why not just upload to imageshack or photobucket or something I know isn't likely stuffed to the brim with malware.
  11. Crap, guess I'll have to run my malware scanner tonight.
  12. Carnage doesn't pick up until you have around 36 talent points, that way you can get Short Fuse and Enraged Slash from the Annihilation tree. Carnage itself really only starts to pick up speed when you get Massacre. My Marauder is level 36 right now and if he specs for Carnage, his Force Screams and Ravages will hurt after Gore is used, but he lacks some of the nice utility brought on by Annihilation's Force Charge talents, Obfuscate, Disruption talent, etc. Even the bleeds can generate extra rage. I find that leveling as Annihilation with the melee DPS companion set to have internal damage procs on her attacks makes taking down elites and bosses very easy.
  13. During class and planet quests, I'm finding Annihilation to be easier when taking on elites and bosses. Force charge with no minimum range and lowered CD with a 6 second CD for Disruption makes it a lot easier to handle the hard hitting attacks that have cast bars. The probes that are still dropped down onto an area automatically always pose a problem though.
  14. That would require me wanting to play through the Jedi Knight storyline and stomach C2-N2 for crew skills a second time through. My Trooper is painful enough in that regards.
  15. It's not a joke, it costs the equivalent of 18 bucks in Cartel Coins.
  16. Umm, aside from Master Strike, what are the abilities you mentioned called for Marauders?
  17. Yes, all you need to do is shell out real money for something that should have already been prominent among all Jedi armors in the game. I think I've seen enemy Jedi NPCs wear such things in my Sith Warrior storyline many times.
  18. No, Malgus wears a darker outfit with much bigger pauldrons on it. It doesn't look heavy enough either. You know, Malgus has some *****in' armor, I wonder why Juggernauts can't get a full replica of it in an Op or something. Instead there's Dreadguard and such.
  19. You aren't following my logic. Indeed, it feels like your logic is flawed. Of course it's 1/6th of 60 bucks, my mentally handicapped sister could see that. I'm saying that it's even less than 1/6th of the content the game offers.
  20. It looks like that one BH helmet for PTs that's nicknamed the 'Bug Eyes' helmet.
  21. I don't really have a problem myself, as I have many other ways to keep myself entertained, but a game with weeks or months of enjoyment runs for 60 bucks, but this little blip of content will run for 1/6th of that, it just seems like it should be much cheaper. I mean, it isn't Horse Armor or Hearthfire, but it ain't Shivering Isle/Going Rogue/whateverisonEQLiverightnow/etc. It's a nice step in the right direction for content I guess, but the pricing seems like two steps in the wrong direction.
  22. I'd like that, beats having to be one of many people using the same cookie-cutter build. Even if all this does is create more cookie-cutter builds. Huh, I think I may have just found out how much longer I have until I reach total burnout on this game.
  23. 5 levels, one planet, and a little bit of extra stuff is more akin to a Mini-Adventure Pack than an actual Expansion Pack. DLC might be closer, but some DLC has far more content than others depending on the game.
